      Stay away from those crooks they give me quote at first for $3402 that my whole brake system needs to be replaced ,after they done the work I still had the same issues with my car in the end the problem with my car was misfire in the injectors thats was the only problem which would cost me $350 only to fix not $3402 the manager was rude and didnt wanna talk about their mistake, and he wanted to charge me the whole amount after going back and forward with them I agree to pay $2700 all this money I spend could be in my pocket if they did theyre job right without taking a guess on whats the problem with my car. **** and unprofessional All what I'm asking is a fair refund because he's charged me 2k more He never showed me what he fixed or my old parts

      THE CUSTOMER AND HIS FRIEND TRIED TO FIX HIS *** WHICH THEY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY POURED POWER STEERING IN THE BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR WHICH COMPLETELY CONTAMINATED THE ENTIRE BRAKE SYSTEM  WE HAD TO REPLACE ALL THE CALIPERS AND MASTER CYLINDER AND REAR BRAKE CALIPER WERE NO LONGER AVILABLE NEW SO WE HAD TO BUY USED ONES. THEY TRIED TO REPLACE THE STARTER AND BROKE EVERY VACCUM HOSE AND SENSOR. THIS *** WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX. WE HAD NO IDEA  THE CONDITION THIS *** WAS IN. WE GAVE HIM A DISCOUNT RATE AND HE STILL WAS NOT SATISFIED.EVEN THOU THE *** RAN GREAT. ****** LEARNED WE NO LONGER WORK BEHIND ANYONE WHO WORKS ON THEIR OWN *** WITH OUT PROPER KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO FIX A ***.

      I'm sorry I wasn't known how to respond in my first email  

       

      I didn't work on my car I changed the starter in a shop and I told him that so after I changed my starter in different shop in different states I came to ELITE SERVICE AUTOMOTIVE AND SALES and told him that I changed the starter and then I had a problem in my engine that is running rough as it's showing in the bill he gave me (already attached in this email) so he took my car for more than 2 days and then he said I had a problem in break system and I knew I wasn't but as he said it's going to be fixed, after more than 4 weeks (u could check the bill data) I was going back and forward to Memphis where he located at he said that I have a problem in my injection system and that was the problem in the first place I don't need work in my break system he just wanted me to pay more , plus my breaks light are on saying break wear (pictures attached ) and when we asked him he said it's just a sensor  !! So my brakes light still on after spending **** dollars so I paid so much and waited for 4 weeks without a vehicle and after all this I had to spend more money to send the car to ******** where I live now  !!

      To whom it may concern

      This picture is for brake wear indicator which simply means he need to replace his brakes which was offered at the time we replaced the master cylinder and calipers. He said he was going to replace them himself to save money. Also the rotors were warped and shaking when applying the brakes and he was aware of all this. He should not be working on his car if he doesn't know what this symbol means. As stated before all work was done correctly except what he has attempted to do. Attached is copy of original estimate that he declinded.

      The invoice he attached doesn't say anything about the mess fair I have and I told him that I have a Miss fire and the engine doesn't work right he said that is the breake issue which I don't believe, he wasn't known what is the problem, then he kept the car for a whole month trying to figure it out, and then he said he needed to fix that mess fair and was trying to charge me more even though he said it's just the breake issue, plus he Bring the car with missing a leg nuts because the Lexus have a lock for the leg nuts but he never asked me he just breaks them , and my breake are fine I just changed them I don't know why , he probably wants to charge me more  , **** and he just fixed the mess fair I don't need any work on my breaks 

      I will Attach the final document and u can see that he added injectors kit 

      And he didn't Mention it in the first invoice , and that was my problem plus the way he talks is really bad and trying to get as much money he can I really Regret dealing with the shop

      He keeps saying that I worked on my car and I don't and I told him that I really see no point to say that plus his page on ****** has the same complaint I Mention he just makes people change alot in their car just to make more money
