      We brought our car into a Midas in ************* ******* for brakes. We were told that all four wheels need to be done which cost us$1035.00. Shortly after the driver side rear wheel was making noises and shaking. We brought it back to Midas where the manager told my wife we need new calipers. I am 71 years old and having had a good number of cars in my life never heard of calipers going at ***** miles. So we took the car back to the dealership(as the calipers were covered under warranty). The dealership (*********************) ( My car is a 2019 ******* Tucson Sport with ***** miles on it) stated that I didnt need calipers that the problem stemmed from improper installation which caused a s**** of some type from the pad,which was not lubricated ( none of the pads were they were all bone dry) to shear off. They repaired the vehicle and the problem was resolved. We contacted the Midas shop and spoke to the manager who was frustratingly unconcerned and unapologetic with call ending with oh well thanks for the heads up and then hung up. It cost $374.00 to repair the wheel from Midas mistakes and I want to be reimbursed.

      I took my car in for new tires on 2/23/2021. I had asked for the Defender Michelich all-weather season tires. They gave me a price and I said OK. Well, when I went up there, they put 4 new tires and they were the wrong ones. Over $1.000 for four new tires. They instead put the premier tires on instead. When they brought my car out, I said these are not the ones I order. The manger apologized to me and told me she was going to give me a free oil change and put a warranty on all my tires which was $25 each. I accepted that and kept the tires that they had to put-on. Well today I called and asked for an appointment, and they asked why, and I told her. She looked my name up and said I see nothing on here starting that. I brand new tire and it only has a little on 5 ,000miles on it. They have been cheating customers out of their money. I don't like to be lied to and this is exactly what happened. When it comes to me working 60 hours a week and it comes down to people being cheated out of their pocket. I would like some help on this or it may come down to a lawyer .But if that is what I will have to do than I shall do so. Regards, Renea. Milligan

      Went by the store May 13th to show the tire to the manager (Darryl B*********) which I had placed in my trunk. He stated that yes that tire could not be fixed. He new I had ordered a new tire from ************** as he said they do not carry that tire. He had asked me to bring the tire and paperwork, which I did. He said he would have to call the owner of that store to find out about my refund and told me he would call by the end of the day. Well as you can guess, no call. As of last Monday I called corporate and they gave me a case number which they said I would get a call within a few days. A week later and still nothing. I will take this to a lawyer which is provided through my company that I work for. This is ridiculous that people cheat people and don't give a crap about no one. Only there to make money. I had to take a day off work that day to try and resolve the situation and still nothing. They think just because I'm a woman I will do nothing, well think again!!! Stay away from this store........
