I took my truck to their shop to have my transmission rebuilt. They told me it would take 3 days and the total would be **** dollars. I had to pay a deposit of **** dollars before they could start on my truck. So I paid what I had to pay. I took it on a Monday and picked it up on a Friday. I drove it a couple days before I went on vacation and I left it parked at the airport. When I returned, I was driving on the expressway and the engine light came on and my truck seemed like it was going to cut off. The next morning I took it back to the business and they said I had too much oil in my truck. They said they were going to keep my truck and strain some of the oil out of it. They kept my truck for 2 weeks and they weren't answering my calls so I decided to pop up and my truck was gone. The worker was gone in my truck. When he came back, I left. A few days later my engine light came on and the gears wasn't changing. So I took my truck back up there and they kept it for 3 weeks. They stopped answering to my calls and messages so I popped up there and got my truck. I took it to another shop and they said my transmission was bad. They repaired it. I took the paperwork and receipts to R.M. to get my refund and they will not give my money back.
