They sent out an email about their services having a data breach an entire month after they posted about the breach on their website. Absolutely no excuse they needed to send the emails letting people know their social security numbers were stolen THE SECOND IT HAPPENED NOT A MONTH LATER!!!!Review from Leslie J

This bank has a subsidiary called Branch. They are good for the employer but they do not want to do nothing for the employee if there is an issue. The **************** people would be fine if they had good process but they do not. I lost a job bc of their terrible process.Review from Nisa O

Evolve froze my yotta account and I had to take out a loan to pay my rent. My life been one big struggle since then. Thanks alot. This is all due to evolve vs synapse banctruptcy dispute. 505 dollars I cannot get out.And today I receieve an email saying they have had a data breach and our social security numbers have been leaked or what not. I have an account with Juno ********************** which uses Evolve Bank for its checking account. Since the middle of a may 2024, Evolve has frozen my checking account and prevented me from accessing the thousands of dollars I earned and deposited into their account. I am caught in the middle of a dispute between Evolve Bank and a company called Synapse. While that dispute is going on, I have absolutely no access to my funds. This is completely unacceptable. This bank has taken my money and completely prevented me from having any access to it. They should be charged as criminals. I am so disappointed that an FDIC insured and BBB bank can do something like this.Review from Johnny V

I use **** app in emergency for 25 dollars and repay 27.5 yet **** is part of evolve bank and they have been attempting to get me to put my direct deposits into their system and I will not nor have I ever used their debit card yet they hit my equiafax by 28 points and I do not owe this firm my timeReview from Thomas C

The Bank is a Fraud. Someone hacked into my account and stole all my money and they did absolutely nothing about. I did not get any of my money back. I lost over $4000.00Review from LA B

Evolve Bank & Trust supports ************* Services which allows you to purchase on Shop accounts - there was a fraudulent company set up on Shop and I purchased items through affirm, they items were never shipped and I called affirm and they stated I still have to pay - they don't care if I dont' have the products or the company isn't shipping out the products Don't Use Affirm EVER buyer bewareReview from Nick S

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Evolve Bank & Trust and Uber regarding an unresolved financial transaction that has significantly impacted me. This complaint is being submitted after exhausting all direct communication channels with both entities without any satisfactory resolution. I initiated a transfer of $1800 from my account at ********************** to my **** of America account. This transfer was facilitated through Uber's financial services. However, it has been over six months, and the funds have not been credited to my **** of America account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through customer service channels of both ********************** and Uber, there has been no progress nor any clear communication regarding the status of my fundsReview from Anne P

They do not list all transactions, money disappears without any remark. Their bank is literal fraud in connection with the Uber Pro Card. Defecits happen, without any recourse available to the user. Holds are processed by the bank, then taken again by rental companies like **** and Hertz. I have reported this to FTC and will be filing a report with the BBB to get my money back.
