      I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for March 24... I received an email on the morning of March 23rd telling me that my appointment had been cancelled. I paid a deposit when I initially scheduled the appointment. They say that because I can't meet their scheduling needs, that my deposit is now non refundable. Why am I penalized for their mistake? They also say that whatever telephone number they have in their system is my fault..but they contacted me the day before? I want my money back! This is definitely a form of fraud

      We attempted to contact Ms. ********* at the phone numbers listed on her salon profile-###-###-#### and ###-###-#### . Her original stylist transitioned from the salon and we needed to book her with another stylist. Because we had not heard from her, we canceled her appointment-and she contacted us after receiving the notification email. We advised her that we needed to reschedule her appointment with another stylist. She wanted the same day and time-which was not available. Ms. ********* proceeded to curse the admin and hung up the phone. We did not deny her services-we just could not accomodate her at the time she wanted because her profile was not up to date. She had not been a client of the salon in years. Our policy is to transfer the deposit to the new appointment-but it is non-refundable. In special circumstances-we will refund the deposit but she did not allow us the opportunity to resolve it.
