      Had my biracial daughter an appointment to get her hair done. Verified the services and the time of the appointment 2 different times only to be called after a wash and dry was charged to my card for $89 to be told that there will be another charge to get my daughters hair straightened which was already set to be done in the first place. They wanted to make sure that I was okay with there being an additional charge for a silk press hair straightening service as if they thought we couldnt afford it. How disrespectful. I feel that they racially profiled my biracial daughter and her African American grandmother whom took her there. Then the total for a 14 year olds hair was $195. Unreal. They were very unprofessional for treating us like that and we will never come back to this salon again.Then, they deleted my review without any feedback or apology whatsoever. No wonder they cant keep employees. They are a s*** place altogether.

      Dear ********, We are very sorry that you are not pleased with your daughters experience, and we certainly do not take these accusations lightly. We have reviewed the information with our managers and staff. Your daughters grandmother brought her in and prepaid using the card on file before starting the appointments, including a Shampoo/Blow-dry and brow wax. It appears that your daughters grandmother left her at the salon to have her services. After starting the services, our stylist and your daughter determined that she also wanted a haircut and silk press, which are an additional charge. Because the card was on file and the grandmother wasnt there, it is our policy and customary to call the paying party and discuss the additional charges. It is my understanding that they face-timed with someone to get approval. Per the stylist, we do not believe this amount is an overcharge with the multiple services and time, which was about 3 hours according to our appointment book.Regarding the review, our staff cannot delete any reviews, and we do not show one was completed for this appointment. Again, we apologize if there was any misunderstanding in the pricing communication. We meant no disrespect; the stylist needed confirmation because she was not the paying client since she used the card on file. Moving forward, this may be an excellent opportunity for us to review our pre-pay policies to confirm each service and price is discussed before the service provider begins. We work very hard to make every client experience the best. We hope you all will come back and see us again.

      I received a spa package from my husband. The message was good. The facial was good. The nail service was not. It looked like I done my nails at the house. It costed me $82.00 for a mani and Pedi. It was supposed to be figi; however, I own figi products. I never smelled and seen any of the figi products put on. My cuticles are not straight, there was polish left on my skin and topcoat (hands and feet). The girl did not fully put the topcoat on some of my nails, I can see the line. She did not dress in anyway nail salonish or appear professional. I had to come home and try to fix this. I have went elsewhere and got a MUCH better mani and pedi for less the cost. There was only 2 people working giving nail services. My husband was not impressed. I have pictures of the nails. I had another appt to get to after words, so I did not have time to get them to do it again. Just live and learn. Will not be going back for a nail service. I will be calling the corp number as well. $82.00 is a lot for a at home mani and pedi that I can do mysef.
