      I purchased the 6 game spring fever package from then representative ***************************** of the Memphis Red Birds on Feb 18, 2020. $290 was charged to my debit account for the 6 game package and included two vouchers for a 2020 ******** Cardinals game. The 2020 season was cancelled due to COVID and I waited to hear what procedures were for reimbursement or tickets for another season. I didn't hear from anyone from the Red Birds until Nov 16, 2021 when I received an email from *********************** who was reaching out to me about their ticket plans. I responded back advising that I was interested in a limited amount of games due to my schedule and that I had a $290 credit from the 2020 Covid rollover. No reply. I later called *************** and asked about my refund and he said he would have to contact his supervisor due to apparently the Red Birds being sold to some other company. On March 11, 2022 I emailed **************** advising I was still waiting to hear back from him. I called him and he gave me the same excuse that his boss has to determine what he was going to do with the 2020 Covid rollover. To this day, I have not received any correspondence from the Memphis Red Birds. I understand that COVID was unavoidable and understand the cancellation of the season. But I don't understand how the Memphis Redbirds will just ignore me after paying for my 6 game plan. I am very disappointed in the Memphis Red Birds and had season passes in the past. I was a strong supporter of the Memphis Red Birds until they in my opinion ignored me hoping I would go away. I am not going away. I should either be refunded my $290 or provided the opportunity to pick six games as well as the two ********* Cardinals vouchers

      In March, 2020, I purchased 2 ticket packages of $120 each ($240) for seat in the 2020 season. The season was cancelled and I awaited some contact from the Redbirds organization, expecting reimbursement or credit. No contact from the organization for 12 months. March, 2021, I'm called and offered credit for this season. I declined the credit and sought reimbursement. Through repeated email and calls to the Ticket Sales Director ***** *******, VP ** ******** (no longer with the organization) and Pres. Craig Unger, I have received no updates on my request. My calls to Mr. ******* were referred to Mr. Unger. My repeated emails met with no reply from anyone in the organization. Before filing a complaint to Minor League Baseball in general, BBB is my last recourse.
