On November 24, 2023, I purchased a coaching program called 7 Figure Nursing. This online program was advertised as helping nurses become entrepreneurs within the IV and infusion industry. Once I began the program in December of 2023, the owner and lead coach, *************************, only coached on wholesale real estate and nothing about an infusion business. On numerous occasions I reached out to him via the coaching platform, Circle, to find out when I would be coached on infusion business start-up and when he would open the infusion business modules to me. ***** said he would open the modules but never did, he told me to join the Q&A calls that he hosted, and we could chat there, he never would discuss the subject on the calls, just merely tell me we would set up a call to discuss infusion business. By February I was quite frustrated with the lack of coaching and constantly being brushed off that I asked for a refund due to the program not being what was advertised. ***** did not respond for almost six weeks and then merely said that refunds were not possible due to Affirm not allowing them. Affirm is a payment program, but I did not use this program, I paid outright. I explained that to him on the platform. He did not respond but shut down the entire platform. I attempted to reach out to him via ******** and Instagram but he has not responded. Because of him shutting down the platform, I am having to go through other avenues to get copies of our correspondence on Circle. I was not provided the service I paid for and I have tried every option to get in touch for a refund to no avail. Below is the information of his LLC and Registered Agent. A letter has been sent to them requesting a refund, with no response to date. I have attempted everything to get this program refunded but he is quite obviously a scam.
