      I am a retiree from the **********************************, having an account opened at the *************************************************************************************** (now Orion) since 1986. I have presently taken a post-retirement job in ******. Annually, I file my income tax declaration to the **** As I do not receive all my F-1099, I as a rule go on line to check my banking records with Orion to read the deposit records from the annuities for the tax year. It worked well until this year, when my password inexplicably lost its validity. I called in long distance to the Orion . Orion doesnt seem to have an effective way to send a new password to my cellphone in ******. I eventually called in long distancetwice. All I required from its agents was to give me the figure of a single deposit from my 3 annuities company, so that I can add them up to figure out the quarterly deposits of each. I request the information to be given without even having to spell out the names of the companies, just the contextless figures, so there was no risk of leaking to a third party. I was made to wait until the long-distance call was broken off. I resorted to email correspondence. It turned out to be a waste of time, for the response is invariably I am not obliging you, although not in so many words. The last reply was why dont you make another long-distance call again.I had no way to declare my income tax for this year, except by using last tax years figures, revising them by guesswork. I am filing this complaint for a double purpose. First, to redress the issue with Orion so that I can access my banking records online. Secondly, to leave a record with you in case I have to go to court to clear myself with the ****

      Worst bank experience I've ever had! To give credit where credit is due, Linda, Crystal and Annette are the only people I talked to that were worth a damn. Everyone else there that I spoke to was either rude, unhelpful or both. The attitude that some people give right off the bat is just A+. It's annoying that you've got to verify your loan account over the phone but it's doable. However, it shouldn't take 2 months because they can't put in the correct contact information. It's pretty simple to call the account holder (especially when there are work restrictions on the account holders end and they've been notified of this) and verify the information but they found it really difficult for some reason. Then hold it against you like you aren't trying to pay the loan. It's just a bonus that most people there can't make or take calls when you've set an appointment in advance, that they've agreed to. Sometimes they set a time for a phone call then leave for the day before that set time without any notification. In the process of trying to get everything handled, as soon as one problem was taken care of, another ridiculous policy would come out of nowhere. Don't waste your time with them and try to find literally anyone else to help with loans.

      This company has no since of respect for their customers, they are quick to attitudes and they don't listen to what the customer is requesting. They gave me the run around and continued to provide me with the wrong information. I was holding on the calls for hours and then once I get a representative they would send me back to automated system and then the phone would hang up. This happened for 3-4 days and then I went to the branch, they got easily frustrated again because I went to them for help but they couldn't help. The fact that the branch couldn't help me was irritating but then they tell me I received the wrong number to file the dispute I needed. They didn't have the best attitude but they were more helpful then their call center and the people working on their online/email. I told the online center they provided the wrong information and once again they defending the information they provided was correct.... they are not listening to the customer. Not apologetic of their bad service and concern with loosing a customer. I will never do business with them again. Not worth supporting small credit unions.
