I applied for a auto refinance loan on January 13, 2024, and was called 30 minutes later by a nice young lady named ********. She requested pictures of the vehicle, odometer reading, and all the other criteria needed to approve the loan. I was told that we would proceed with funding once my current lienholder Navy FCU had the title. After confirming that Navy had received the title, I informed ********. She presented the loan to her supervisor, and it was approved the same day.I received the terms of the loan and a DocuSign application. After completing the DocuSign form, I sent it back. ******** was unable to download the documents from DocuSign, so I printed the signed documents and sent them to her. I waited to be informed when the check would be mailed, as it was scheduled to go out on January 26, 2024, the date the loan documents were signed.This loan was fully approved and signed. On Monday January 29, 2024 *******, who is not ********** supervisor, went in and declined my approved loan citing mileage. I have had the same mileage and year make and models on my vehicles for the last 5 years with this credit union and have never had an issue. I have a loan application that was approved and signed its now a contractual agreement that the Credit Union is bound to adhere to. I want the loan approved and funded as stated in the terms of the signed contract. If an approved loan application is signed, it binds the institution to the terms of the contract, just as they could repossess my vehicle if I defaulted on the contract by not making my payments. The approved loan documents had all the terms enclosed including the interest rate and monthly payment.Initial Complaint

I have ad a direct deposit set up since 9/2022 only two of the transactions have been recorded and there is no history of any direct deposits after 10/2022... i have my paystubs from every single depsoit and the girl at the branch tld me i have no such account. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.
