Do not go here it's ghetto place to do urine test. The lil girl with screwed up attitude has the nasty attitude in the world. Very rude but else do you think you'll get where she bring pit bull to work. Girl you need reality check nasty attitude, rude, unprofessional my overall experience was bad. Don't get attitude with customers cause you got a pissy job it goes with your funky attitude along with your low self-esteem.I will never go again to deal with bad customer service people like that heavy set braid wearing girl I knew then.

Our professionals have customer relations and drug testing regulation training and it will be reviewed. It is unfortunate that our office mascot "Tyga" the friendliest pup, presence was found to be distasteful and unprofessional. Unprofessionalism is what I got.

How are clients number 1 when you can not even ask a question to her because she want respond or ignore the client. How after several attempts to urine in a cup that has no temperature label, no lines on cup to tell you the urine output and then no top on the cup to close it up and not even clients name on it only where she mark a line herself and to be told several times that my urine do not have temperature is so ridiculous after 3-4 tries that mean I was dead then. Unprofessional experience for drug test you go there and I didn't know I was going to a school were a short thick pit bull with short ears sticking up is friendly over 50 pounds. Everybody not use to dogs and especially a pit bull known to have reputation of an aggressive demeanor is friendly when the owner of dog isn't friendly. To many people take tested their one thing you don't want is to come up on a dog that's not tied up. You can run test some more times. My experience their was straight ***, customer service skills was horrible matter fact it all was. I will not go back there no more and her big rude self told me go sit in car and some hours later she comes out and lock the door without saying nothing but getting her and dog driving off. You say professional what your company is but a real professional business do not have dogs walking around and friendly you can not trust humans but I suppose trust a dog. Screwed up business and people who works there verified it.

After carefully reviewing the security footage, NO unprofessional behavior was witnessed. Our professional handled the situation at hand as trained. We do hope that Ms. C expectations were met at another facility and that she is thriving in her role at her new place of work.

Yes my needs were met on a more professional level but when the person who's responding back is rude and unprofessional with intentional of being ghetto. I can expect this kind of response. Everything was exceptional at a more friendly upscale. I will make sure that this location will pass on to other people, media and review board about unprofessional experience.
