      On 12/24/2022 our water pipe burst in the kitchen. *** came out almost immediate to ***** our concerns, and helped us out tremendously. Two days later we had a second pipe burst in the master bathroom. *** again came to the rescue immediately. I can't thank you enough for the help ***, and the professional service you provided in our time of crisis. Your expertise really saved our Christmas.

      We had a pipe burst on ************* and *** took the time to come out and assure us that we would not have a fire on top of everything else. He also provided timely and efficient service in fixing the burst pipe and also came back out with a totally separate location had another burst pipe and quickly got it fixed. We were very grateful to have a safe Christmas and running water in a timely manner.

      I contacted Ace Electric on Dec 20 with an electric problem on a hot tub. The gentleman indicated he would be out that afternoon. At the end of the day I called and he said he was still at the previous appointment. I asked if he could set up a 10:00 AM appointment for the Thursday, Dec 29. He said that would be fine. He asked me to take a picture of the *** which was apparently the issue so he could bring the proper replacement. I did so,After driving into town (40 miles) for the appointment, and texting him at 11:30, he indicated he wanted to come out at 2:00. I informed him I had to leave at 2:45. He agreed to come immediately.After looking at the *** that was apparently the problem, he kept saying that it probably was an issue inside the hot tub (even though I informed his the motor and electrics had just been replaced). He said he would have to go to the hardware store to get another ***, which would cost over $100 (even though he had pictures and was supposed to bring the replacement item), and that he charged $140 an hour. I agreed and he left. He came back about 45 minutes later and installed the new ***, which DID NOT WORK. He again said it was an issue inside the hot tub. I had him re-install the original *** which worked fine. It is still working perfectly. He made me buy the *** he bought, which did not work. He also charged me $450 for what was well less than two hours work, including the travel time to and from the hardware store (2 stores within 2 miles of my house). So, I paid $450 and nothing was changed, and I now own a *** that does not work.I do not recommend this individual or company.
