However, what followed was a series of broken promises and unfulfilled commitments that have left us emotionally drained and frustrated. Despite the significant amount of time that has passed, the contractor has failed to complete the work as agreed upon. Numerous aspects of the project remain unfinished, leaving our property in a state of disarray and preventing us from fully recovering from the devastating incident. This has caused immense frustration and has prolonged the healing process for our family.In good faith, we made payments to *************************, trusting that he would carry out his obligations and complete the work as promised.
