So just to explain $30 start up fee you get your gloves and then from there its a $15 a week (Bob me and my friends a family discount deal of 12.50$) Also stated if we wanted to cancel we could at any time! First couple of weeks, I made a call to reach out questioning the fees. Instead of a call I receive a text which i thought was unprofessional and strange. This woman answers me back through text and when I sent back I want to cancel I received no reply after texting back several times!! After several months go by and I try to cancel again calling, A guy answered saying that he will text me a email to go and cancel. Two hours later, my bank shows an unfamiliar $76 fee attempt from Memphis Kick Boxing. I do not recommend this company, terrible communications and way of business. I have been in email wars seems like with myself they barely reply. Currently after asking for cancellation they told me that they will continue to pull out the $12.50 per week since they cannot get the $76 fee! I have been in talks with my bank institute they have stated this is a recurring charge but that they cannot block because of the way the business registered with payments they cant block it. Strange behavior and way of business. So please save the headache and find a better fitness company that will serve you and your money and time well. I have been dealing with this going on three months
