Took pictures while I was sleeping. said he would meet me between eight and 8:30 AM. Did not. Walked between me and my neighbors house where there is no walkway. Said he would meet me at the front door. came in through the patio. In sum, he does not honor The builders warranty. He makes life difficult for the customer.Business response

We went to great lengths to make **************** happy and satisfied. It is unfortunate that **************** drove us away from his house with his unreasonable/ threatening behavior along with his insistence to verbally abuse and threaten with offensive language. We have documentation of what transpired the day in question along with personal testimony from my project manager and our installer. We showed up to do the work and he verbally attacked both people. He then called me personally to cuss me out over the phone. I made the decision for my company and to protect my employees to remove them from the job. **************** points to a warranty not being honored. The work being performed on his home was not warranty related. We can discuss this further upon request. **************** was never my customer, his builder was my customer. All this information has been communicated to his builder. I have no intention of going back to ******************** home and I will be happy to defend this decision in court if necessary.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.My error, I thought that I had written a check to Flooring Solutions for $5,619.00 for removing the bathtub. It was in error.
