Placed an order on Friday 3/24 before 12PM CST, to have flowers delivered to ************************************************(*******, **) by Saturday 3/25 before 10AM because funeral service started at that time. Total came to $95.04. Upon placing the order I did not receive a confirmation that my order was processed so I called Debbies a few minutes later. A woman answered and said she would send a receipt. A receipt was sent but there was no tracking or mention of when my flowers would be delivered. I called Debbies Saturday afternoon but no answer so I sent an email. I also called the funeral home by they were unable to confirm. I received an email at 12:24 AM today(Sunday) stating that they close at noon on Saturday and they will follow up with me on Monday 3/27 to confirm if my order was delivered. I find it awkward that such a business as this would respond to a request such as mind at an unusual time only to tell me that thy would not be able to confirm on Monday. I would also assume that when any customer places an order such as a delivery, they are provided details on when the recipient should receive that particular item.
