I purchased a sofa and 2 chairs 9/18/21. When delivered the Sofa was apparently used or a floor model. There was No wrapping around the sofa, the cords were tangled and the back didn't line up. The chair that match the sofa, the wood frame stuck out about a foot against the wall, wish was Not Told To Me It Would. The second chair was Not the Material the designer told me it would be. ***** told the salesman in my presence to defer the interest 36 months but the bank SYNCHRONY BANK said it was for $3,628.97 for 12 months. I refused the furniture but I am having to make $108.00 payments because ****** the manager will not talk to me or NO One else at the store except ***** who said he was not able to do anything about it. I talked to the bank, **** 10/26 in INDIA, he said he would file a claim. I talked to the bank **** in INDIA 11/10/21 he said he would file a claim, but they continue to bill me. I was told that I had 3 days to return the furniture but, I immediately called after they delivered the furniture that I was not happy with it. They picked it up the next day when they had a scheduled delivery of the chair that "Was Not Really What I Ordered". All I want is for them to communicate with the bank to adjust this account. This is causing me mental anguish and I am under a doctors care. Terrible business!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/21) */ This guest was aware that the sofa was the floor model. She refused to wait on any order she wanted it immediately. We had her inspect the merchandise on the salesfloor before delivery. We did allow her to return the items that she was not satisfied with. She initially put down $300 by check 9/18/21. She then changed her mind several times but finally we charged her synchrony acct $3628.97 for the items delivered. Then she returned most of the items and we refunded $3279.99. She only owes finance company $348.98 Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/12/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was NEVER Advised that I was purchasing a floor model and I DEFINITELY did NOT Inspect the merchandise I received. I was under the understanding that my purchase was In Their Stock. Due to an attitude by some at the company, I did keep the recliner that was totally not what I was expecting according to the designer, but it is Very Uncomfortable and I regret my purchase. But Thanks to the BBB my bill is adjusted and I can pay off this purchase completely. I will Never shop at This Gallery again.
