This Sampstone Sectional was purchased in March 18th of 2021. There is now an inner broken plank in the back of the couch. I was told warranty covered the couch for a year. I've been trying to keep contact with the seller who has the warranty and can't transfer it into my name. I'm having trouble getting call backs .... I paid 2800 total less than a year ago today to have it broken, with full coverage, but having a hard time insuring warranty claim because of slow response, no updates a out resolution, and it's just been an all around headache on this investment. And no one ever sits on this end of the couch. Now the end I've sat on the duration of my recent pregnancy has not one broken piece. I feel this purchase was a bust down, now that I've paid so much but can't get the seller to transfer or make good on the warranty... I am definitely complaining about this sell and feeling hopeless regarding resolution from this company and their ethical practice.
