Bought a refrigerator from Lowes in August 2023 and had it delivered to my home. The delivery personnel of Sprint Logistics, ******************************************************* damaged one of my custom doors in a door set. I called the company. They offered to ways to handle it 1) Pay a little over $100 2) for me to get two estimates from companies and provide it to them. I did and that's when all h*** broke loose. Because the custom door set was very expensive it was referred to their insurance company and there it was nothing but a bunch of back and forth and lies. Finally a third insurance company entered the picture and offered a settlement about $1500 less that what the bid was. I refused the settlement because how am I liable in any way for damage that the company cost. Spirit Logistic instead of not responding to my emails should cover the cost so that my door can get fixed. It has almost been a year of stressful procrastination by those who claim to ease the worries of customers.
