I placed an order on February 12th to be delivered on February 13thThey did not fulfill their duty to deliver. They will not answer the phone or return phone messagesPoor customer service. Will never use again at any location, Union Ave is the worse.Buyer bewareReview from Quenitara G

Idk how they have a A rating cause on ****** their reviews are horrible. They are very rude and unprofessional. Need to be shut down. They answer the phone and put people on hold when its time for them to get off work. One lady answered complaining about Getting too many orders which is her job. Rude to the people that pay your salaries. The entire crew needs to be firedReview from Susan T.

This is the worst business, they didn't deliver my mothers birthday gift complete in Memphis. When you call the phone number for the store it diverts you to their corporate office. The corporate office then has to send a message to the store to ask them to call me back. Since my first call I haven't received a call so I called the phone number to the store again, and again it diverted me to the corporate office. Now I just want a refund but the guy from their corporate office says he will send a message to the store and I will need to state my case to them for a refund. I have never heard a business that doesn't take phone calls unless, with this buisness, they receive so many complaints that don't want to take the calls. Very disappointed and I will never order from this company again.
