Several management staff, the new[five day old intern], and the security at the Whitehaven Plaza Cashsaver's location were not blessed enough this morning to transact seven ounces at a time of Nescafe(R) fresh sealed coffee **** with Queen's full name on the $13.99 coupon-s[covering up to $13.99 each]. Queen ******* secrurity to intervene since the staff at this store have the 10% assessed as well which this coupon fully covers and the front end associate[ ****] is phising Queen for additional money when I, Queen ***** informed her that the terms on the coupons were clear enough for her to finish the transaction and that I owned the actual company that the coupons were on behalf of, she blatantly refused and wrote on one of the documents altering the Nescafe validity where it is not as COPD presentable at any other establishment and were shipped together.Business response

We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered in this situation. Customers such as yourself are the sole reason we are in business for without you, we would not exist. At ******************** we want to serve each customer with the friendly, courteous service they deserve. ********************, although this does not erase your experience, we can only apologize for all that has happened and work towards preventing the same experience to occur with you again or someone else. We have investigated the incident regarding the free coupons and have explained the proper way to handle free coupons going forward with the staff working on the front-end. If the next time you are in the store, please feel free to speak with the store manager, *********************. ************** will be glad to answer any questions you may have regarding vendor coupons.
