In February 2021 we had a pipe to burst and ruin our floors. Through our insurance company we had Kiser for our flooring needs. I am completely satisfied with the floor I picked out. After the installation we had a couple of issues. When walking in certain spots the floor would give in. I called and they came out to fix the problem. But one spot still was not completely fixed, so I called again telling them about the problem. ******* was our go to guy, but he fails to return any of our calls. Now I have a problem where the board at the threshold came up. About 3 weeks ago I did go the store to pay the balance on my account and asked for *******, but I was told he was not available. I was told they would give him the message to give us a call. As of today, I have yet to get a call. Also, I asked about the warranty on the floor, and they said ******* would give me that information. Still have not heard anything from him.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/11) */ We did have a small issue with the floor after installation and Kiser's went back out to take care of the buckling as stated by the ********. After the repair the floor buckled in a small area again and I ordered another box of flooring to do the repair. In the meantime while we were waiting on the back ordered box of flooring to do the repair the ******** came in and paid the total bill. It was under my impression that the buckling of the floor went down and now the floor was ok. I have since called the ******** and the flooring does not have any issues now. I am meeting with them this Thursday January the 13th to make sure everything with the floor is still good, give them the warranty info and also give the ******** a box of the flooring to keep just in case this comes up again and they will have material if a repair is needed. When the ******** came in to pay the bill i was not in the office and I thought the flooring was ok since the bill was paid in full. It turns out the flooring is indeed fine now but I did not get the message that I was to call them back. Once we meet this Thursday everything should be good and the ******** will have all the info needed. thanks Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/01/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I accept the response from the company. We did receive a call saying they would bring out a box of flooring and a copy of the warranty. Although we were not home on Thursday, we did tell them where to leave the flooring and the warranty. They did exactly that. I am completely satisfied with the outcome.
