    I keep getting phone calls with rude people harassing me about paying a bill. *** asked questions but nobody seems to have any answers with helping. Im concerned with the fact that theres multiple bills for one visit. One of the ladies names ***** from financial aid, going to respond you seen a doctor ***** you? You need to pay! I couldnt get my words out to respond before she rudely yelled you need to pay! I asked her questions, her response is I dont know nothing about that but you need to pay! I have expressed to them that I have no way of paying but Im doing the best I can. I need prove of income to get financial aid. The male I talked to tell me to get on food stamps but when I do the lady ***** tell me they cant accept it! Im getting the runaround. Ive express my concerns being that I dont have prove of income because I dont have a job. They restate that I shouldnt worry about the bill but call me continuously. Im getting stressed out from all the phone calls, text messages, and letters. *** stated that Im in need of help paying the bill. No one is interested in helping yet have the time to harass me by sending me multiple bills to pay, then keep telling me I have to pay it. When I ask questions to get some kind of help everyone response I dont know nothing about that. I keep getting talked over or talked down to. The doctor **** made it no way for me to pay what I can. It immediately put me on a payment plan without my consent. There was no way for me to hit a amount to pay. They were taking money out of an account without anyones permission. They labeled it as a restaurant payment. This is fraudulent activity and I will soon address the issue with a lawsuit. Ive need been treated so badly in all my years of getting medical treatment. All this for one visit! Also the doctor ***** tell me what was wrong with me and my symptoms has gotten worse. This situation is making me worse.

    The business office should be done over with new people. I owed a bill so I set up two different amounts, one for me and one for husband. My bank sent the money to Methodist. I called one day to ask my balance and found out none of the money came out of my husbands account. I continued pursuing this because I am on a fixed income and $150 is a lot of money yo me. After a couple of months to get it resolved, sending them bank statements, etc to prove we paid it, I gave up and disputed it through my bank. I had it drafted on a checkcard so I closed that card and got another one. They got $50 more this past weekend on that card. Someone is getting that $$ but it is not going to his account. The amount for my account which was $30 for two months came out. I got our money back from Jan., Feb. and March but I called today. I was asked to leave a message and nobody has called me back. So, I am forced to dispute $50 more. All I was trying to do was pay my bill and I was scammed by someone at Methodist Lebonheur billing center. I will get a money order for what we owe and take it there so I can get a receipt. I kept asking to get this issue resolved but I was told so many lies until I will not ever use them again. It is SAD for the elderly with a fixed income to be treated this bad!!! Please fix your billing dept. I would receive threatening calls from Methodist employees to pay my bill. I refuse to answer now because they are not a reputable company!!

    We are aware of Mrs. W***** concerns and our team is working on rectifying the issue. We discovered her payments were accidentally posted to the wrong account. We have corrected that issue and is currently waiting on our payment posting system to receive the chargebacks from Mrs. W***** bank.
