I keep getting phone calls with rude people harassing me about paying a bill. *** asked questions but nobody seems to have any answers with helping. Im concerned with the fact that theres multiple bills for one visit. One of the ladies names ***** from financial aid, going to respond you seen a doctor ***** you? You need to pay! I couldnt get my words out to respond before she rudely yelled you need to pay! I asked her questions, her response is I dont know nothing about that but you need to pay! I have expressed to them that I have no way of paying but Im doing the best I can. I need prove of income to get financial aid. The male I talked to tell me to get on food stamps but when I do the lady ***** tell me they cant accept it! Im getting the runaround. Ive express my concerns being that I dont have prove of income because I dont have a job. They restate that I shouldnt worry about the bill but call me continuously. Im getting stressed out from all the phone calls, text messages, and letters. *** stated that Im in need of help paying the bill. No one is interested in helping yet have the time to harass me by sending me multiple bills to pay, then keep telling me I have to pay it. When I ask questions to get some kind of help everyone response I dont know nothing about that. I keep getting talked over or talked down to. The doctor **** made it no way for me to pay what I can. It immediately put me on a payment plan without my consent. There was no way for me to hit a amount to pay. They were taking money out of an account without anyones permission. They labeled it as a restaurant payment. This is fraudulent activity and I will soon address the issue with a lawsuit. Ive need been treated so badly in all my years of getting medical treatment. All this for one visit! Also the doctor ***** tell me what was wrong with me and my symptoms has gotten worse. This situation is making me worse.Business response
