              In October, 2021 I asked for a quote for a new HVAC system and received a proposal. However, I never signed an agreement, work order, or contract with them. I was not told there would be any fees of any kind if I didn't agree in writing which I never did. There is nothing on the attached proposal about any such fees either. + I got a bill dated 1/19/22 saying I owed $250 for "Fees for permitting that were not refunded by Shelby County Code Enforcement after cancellation of work order." This is a cost to the vendor not the customer because nothing was signed by the customer for work to be performed. This bill is also attached. I never signed a work order, contract or agreement to buy the HVAC.

              Automatic recently installed a hot water heater for me. They did an excellent job and were so nice and professional. I called one day and was able to get the water heater installed the next day. Everyone I spoke with at the company was so nice and helpful. This is an excellent company. i highly recommend them.
