This company sent out a mechanic to work on our AC unit. He came on time, spent maybe 10-15 minutes outside, came and told me he was done and had replaced a faulty part and that he would leave the invoice in the mailbox. He didn't even wait to see if the air was blowing cool or anything. He left before I was even able to check it. My fan on the unit was still not turning after he left, and the air was still blowing warm. My husband called them back to see if the guy could come back, because the job definitely wasn't finished and he had only been gone about 15 minutes. The manager he spoke to who said her name was Vivian said she would call us back after she called the mechanic. She didn't, so we called her back. She said she had no answer for us and didn't know if the guy could come back today. My husband explained to her we have been in the heat for several days already. We had an appointment today, the guy said the job was done and it's not apparently, so there should be no question of whether someone else or the same person was coming out or not, she hung up in my husband's face, and wouldn't answer when we called back. In spite of them not doing their job, he never cursed or got irate, and she was so rude and unprofessional! I guess because she's the manager she feels she can treat people any kind of way. This company is so unprofessional, Don't use them!
