supervisor misrepresented that transportation for doctor's **** and essential errands would be provded.********* didnt want to take to grocery store, food bank eye surgery, mobility training for safe use of blind person's cane as i recently went blind, nor bring home from church whichich is literally behind my home as previously arranged with company and would force me to cross 6 lanes of traffic with no crosswalk being blind.Treatened to leave me stranded.Caretaker was disabled herself with hearing loss and interferred with the job. When I tried to voice concerns about my safety was snapped at, "you arent supposed to bring that up!" and this occured in front of a witness.********** daughter was sleeping on my couch and engaging in personal calls where my private information could be overheard. Caretaker came in **************************************************** from there and lied that she wasnt late, but I was already on the phone with the insurance company so they were a witness that she did come in late. When these concerns were brought to the supervisor, her response was, "i hear you, but...."I asked the attendant to leave and told the company i wouldnt need tohem anymore.********* called my asking to come back, promising to do the job, but the next day refused again. When asked to leave, refused and wanted to have the company inform me of what would be provided.I had to call a neighbor to help get her to leaveI have video of being ignored.Another witness who heard me asking for help because i couldnt find an object by feeling around for it and was yelled at from the couch and she stayed on her phone, until i insisted she actually come help me because i'm BLIND.Refusing to go to mobility training so she could safely know how to guide me and insisting I have to walk across 6 lanes of traffic by myself was the final straw and i do not want to be contacted again
