I would like to file a formal complaint on an employee operating under Fresh Air Solutions, LLC in Horn Lake, MS XXXXX. ****** ********* and her manager ******* are who I've been working with since June of 2021. ****** did a poor job in explaining the behind the scene details of how a current program works when getting the rainbow machine for $250. The program entails that I would schedule 12 demos with 2 sales and I would receive my rainbow machine for $250. When ****** came to my home, she asked me to take a photo with the rainmate and post the photo along with a link to my Facebook page. As I was considering enrolling in the program, ****** told me that I would be able to use all the leads from my link to schedule appointments for my demos. She also asked that whenever I scheduled demos to give her an hours notice/ confirmation because of how far she lives away. I completed 8 successful demo's out of the 12 required for the program. After ****** did not show for my 8th demo, her and her manger Heather became very unprofessional and even began yelling at me over the phone before hanging up in my face. Heather locked me out of my account. She also removed qualified demos from my account. After completing 6 demo's the company was supposed to provide me with a mop attachment that goes with my rainbow. Heather is refusing to supply me with the attachments that were included in my signed paperwork. Also by locking me out of my account, she is holding me back from completing the program, hence forcing me to play full price for my machine. This machine is currently on my credit report. I would like to receive all the attachments owed to me by the company or they can pick up their machine and remove the charges from my credit.
