I placed an order online on 10/28. I instantly received a confirmation of my order and given order# 2577. I was asked to send payment via Zelle to ************************ to a ****** ******. The total for the product and shipping was $1010.00. The so called company send numerous emails but never would answer the phone. they advised the service was bad that day and they could only text or email. I failed for this and text with the company. They were quick to respond up until the payment was confirmed from my account. Then i received a final text thank you for your payment your order will ship in 48 hours and tracking will be provided. Now, they will not respond to any text and numerous text have been sent over the last week, they will not respond to the email given for payment or the email listed on their site. I tried tracking the address to the business off the website and it shows being in the middle of a highway. I would like the product or a refund as well as save someone else for falling for this company that looks legit and seems to really be out there to help the hunters.
