To piggyback off what Ms. ******** said, I had the same problem. I also had Trim and Tight procedure done and I paid ******* with the special they had I paid ****** upfront, no monthly payments. I waisted my time and money. I never received my preop appointment, I never got measured at each appointment, I was never emailed a meal plan. I was told a bunch of lies. It's crazy how our own people (Black Americans)can't treat us right. And you wonder why we take our business to other nationalities. It's so sad. All this company doing is taking folks money. I heard from the owner that she wants to go to my hometown and open up a spa, which is ********** and ******** **. Yall don't need to go to my hometown to rip my people off. Stay in *******!!!! I feel sorry for the people in ** I know they are probably going through the same thing we going through in *******. One thing I know for sure you will reap what you sow. This is not right what you all are doing. I also referred my niece to yall and she's not happy about not seeing any results, yall never sent her a meal plan, never scheduled her for a preop appointment, and she was never measured at each appointment. So sad!! It's time to get an attorney involve because as I see it this is a ongoing thing with Beautiful You. People work too hard for their money to have it taken away by scammers. Every time I look yall have a new staff. It's said when a small like yours keeps having a high turnover. Yall need to shut down your business if you're not going to do the right thing. You all will never be blessed. God don't BLESS in MESS! I'm very disappointed in Beautiful You. A "I'm sorry " is not going to fix this. I was always self conscious about my body, especially my stomach so when I heard about Beautiful You and what you guys offer I was so excited to get started. I am highly unsatisfied with the results of my Sculpt procedure. I have exercised and eaten clean and drank water like instructed. My body shows zero results in that extremly painful procedure. I've explained to her that I was working out and still not seeing any results, Lorrie told me even without exercise or diet I would see some results. She told me without changing my diet it would still work. I charged 5,000 dollars to my care credit card for this procedure and got nothing out of it, I met with Lorrie in person and told her it was an impulse buy and that I was extremly vulnerable at the time of the purchase. She told me to wait for the pictures and they took weeks to get me the pictures and, in the photos, there was no change. Lorrie text me agreeing there was no change in the photos then proceeded to blame me for the procedure not taking hold. I researched reviews of other women that went to her for this same procedure and found that there were a number of women that complained that they saw zero results and wanted a refund for this overpriced painful procedure. Lorrie is selling false hope and dreams to women that are in a desperate need to feel beautiful. Lorrie has caused me a lot of mental anguish and depression from this experience, and I feel that I was preyed upon and taken advantage of. I let her know up front that I am a disabled veteran and I strongly believe she took advantage of me. All I want is a full refund for the purchase I made with Lorrie and to move forward from this. I'm prepared to take this to court if need be. I prefer Lorrie to do what's right on her own and refund me the money .
