I WAS SCAMMED , CHARGED $1,000 CASH , NO RECEIPT , "MICHAEL" WAS DISPATCH FROM A SO-CALLED OFFICE OUT OF WHAT HE SAID MIAMI FLORIDA AS YOU LOOK ON THE 24-HOUR AFFORDABLE LOCKSMITH MEMPHIS SITE WHICH IS THE FIRST TO POP UP IN ****** IT LEADS YOU TO A DANIA FLORIDA ADDRESS WHICH IS NOT LISTED ANYWHERE UNDER LOCKSMITHS THERE. I DO NOT BELIEVE IT TO BE A PHYSICAL BUILDING EVEN. HE REFUSED AFTER NOT GIVING ME A QUOTE HE SAID HE WOULD LATER AFTER HE WENT AND GOT THE LOCKS AND BROUGHT THEM BACK BUT HE NEVER GAVE ME A QUOTE AND AT THE END OF THE HORRIBLE SERVICE HE PERFORMED THERE WAS GAL JUST LEFT IN MY WOODEN FRAMES SOME OF THE DEAD BOLT LOCKS DID NOT GO ALL THE WAY THROUGH THEY WOULD ON THE FRAME OF THE DOOR TO EVEN LOCK THE DOOR I HAD THREE LOCKS CHANGED OUT AND HE PRYIED AND DRILLED AND HAMMERED ONE OF THE SECURITY DOORS OPEN LEAVING IT MISPLACED OFF THE FRAME COMPLETELY. HE WANTED ME TO USE THE ******** OR ***** HE SAID THEY TAKE CASH ONLY WHEN I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT AND A DETAILED BILLING HE SAID THAT I WOULD BE RECEIVING THAT FROM THEIR HOME CALL CENTER IN MIAMI. HE SAID HE WOULD COME BACK AND PUT THE SCREWS IN THAT HE LEFT OUT OF EVERY LOCKER THE ONLY PUT ONE CENTER SCREW IN EACH DEADBOLT. A PHOTO OF THE ENTIRE BAG THAT HE LEFT ON THE GROUND AND HE SAID THOSE WERE EXTRA. HE GOT VERY IRATE WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THE HOME OFFICE AND THERE WAS THREE DIFFERENT CALLS MADE TO THEM BY ME AND EACH ONE HUNG UP IAND SAID THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ANY MICHAEL OR ANY SERVICE EVEN HAVE BEEN DONE AT MY ADDRESS I SAID I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A EMAIL WITH DETAILED BILLING SENT TO ME AND THEY HUNG UP SO I HAVE GOT NO RECEIPT TO PROVE THAT I GAVE HIM $1,000 BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE THE ******** OR ***** HE DEMANDED CASH HE WAS VERY ABRUPT RUDE AND MEAN TO ME AND MADE ME CRY HE SAID HE PERFORMED THE SERVICES AND HE WOULD REPORT ME IF I DID NOT PAY HIM SO I GAVE HIM $1,000 CASH. I DID NOT CALL THE POLICE AFTER HE DID NOT RETURN LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD THE NEXT MORNING WHEN I CALLED HIS PERSONAL CELL WHICH IS LISTED HERE BECAUSE I HAD NO SECURITY CAMERA OR RECEIVED TO PROVE THAT HE HAD EVEN BEEN HERE JUST THE MESSED UP LOCKS AND ALL THE CARVED OUT WOOD ON THE SIDE OF MY DOORS. HE KEPT SAYING IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE HARDWARE WHICH HE LEFT AND CAME BACK WITH. HE DID NOT EVEN HAVE A COMPANY TRUCK I AM VERY INFURIATED WITH MYSELF THAT I GAVE HIM THE CASH AND DID NOT CHECK TO SEE IF HE WAS BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RELATED OR EVEN HAD A RATING SO NOW HERE I AM REPORTING THIS SO OTHERS WON'T BE SCAMMED AND WILL ALSO FILE A REPORT. THIS MAN HAD AN ACCENT HE WAS YOUNG IN HIS MID-30S PROBABLY AND I ASKED FOR THE EXIT WAS FROM AND HE SAID RUSSIA. I am 67 on social security and I have never been talked to so rudely when I call back to tell him to please come back and put all the screws in the doors and that I wasn't happy because he didn't cover the wooden part with a little plates on the side of the door. He actually screamed at me and told me I was a bad person for calling his home office and that he would never come back out here it didn't need it those extra screws and I told him one of the Dead boots would not go through and lock and he said yes they all did I checked them the only thing that I can do is just try to report this and I have learned a lesson to check before I have a service which I do not believe is a physical office anywhere because I got four different so-called dispatchers when I called and each one of them hung up in my face and blocked my cell number. If writing if there was zero stores I would give it as it is a 100% scam. He also said the reason his work was so inexpensive was that he gave me a senior discount and didn't give tax and if he did come back out here to put the screws on and fix the lock that doesn't turn into the side of the door completely he would charge me $380 more that I got a really good deal!
