Yes I paid this company a deposit of $350 to move me we agreed on a day and then a day later I changed it to Wednesday I have it in text message that he agreed to show up Wednesday at 4 PM at 4:30 I tried to call him he did not pick up at 5 oclock we called on a different number and he picked up and told me he was in a wreck in ***** and would get back to me the next day he never did he he told me he was going to refund me then he told me he would not refund me because I signed a contract with him but I never actually signed any of contract with and only put the $350 down as a deposit for my day and he never showed up and is blocked my cell phone number and refusing to give back the deposit he is a scam companyBusiness response

When you originally booked you asked for a date before the 31st of July. We told you that we were booked up. So we agreed on the 31st. You received your booking confirmation which was attached to this file. You had a death in your family and wanted to move the date up. I told you that was not possible because we are booked up and I was in ***** handling a cross state move. You asked me for a refund and I told you no. I also explained that you could reschedule for a letter date. You said that that would not work for you. When you pay a deposit for a date and service with the company the company guarantees you the date that time and their service. When other customers called for the same date, time and service we typically turn them away because we have you already booked. That means that the company lost revenue due to clients that have been turned away In place of your booking. That is why we take a deposit, is to hold you to your date and time. If you cancel for any reason that deposit is forfeited. Please see attached contract.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have in text where he agree to coming on Wednesday and not the 31st he is a liar and a scam and then he never showed ************** anyways because I was at the house also that day

We were extremely booked and you wanted us to reschedule you for a day that was booked up. We offered to schedule you on a day that worked for the both of us. You insisted that none of the days would would work because you had a unexpected death in your family. On no way is my company or myself a scam. I am rejecting this response because: I have in text message him agreeing to another day and will not give me back my $350 he give me back my $350 and I will drop it and take down all my bad reviews but until then I will continue to fight for his wrong doing. Also he blocked me and everything.

I am rejecting this response because: no sir I have attached mini screenshots to show you that you admitted to coming on Wednesday you even said yes and confirmed it so you keep on talking about a resolution you did not you block me instantly as soon as I called you to ask you where you were on Wednesday and then you proceeded to block my other half and then you receive the block any phone number I called you on so youre absolutely incorrect and yes Ive asked your business because it needed to be because youre a scam you stole $350 for me change the date to Wednesday and agree to that day and then never showed up and then didnt show up the next day also So I can remove all that and I can stop going on ******** because until this is resolved and I get my money back Im going to continue to bash your business on social media and I will find every post she post and comment on it so if you would like all that. All I ask for my money back

In no way will we give you a refund on. We tried to work with you and you proceeded to be belligerent and bash our company on social media. At this point we just want this matter concluded. 10/23/21 - Date I paid $325 for No Limit to transport a floor-set purchase from Ashley ********* to me. No-Limit showed up and one piece (5 drawer chest) was damaged, they did not take off their truck. They told me it was damaged when they left the store (which if it was, they should NEVER have left the store with it, as once they leave the store, it is No Limit's responsibility). No Limit said they would return damaged item to the store (They NEVER did). ******* from No Limit said they would arrange a replacement & deliver it to me. He NEVER ONCE followed up with me. I had to follow up with him to attempt to get an update every week or so. His answers changed as time went on from 'a new one was on the way' to 'a new one was in the back of a shipment so might take a little longer.' After over a month of avoiding me he then prior to Thanksgiving claimed Aneesa From Ashley ********* was taking over the replacement process (that was a lie, i spoke with Ashley ********* store through this whole process and ******* never spoke with the store about the replacement). From ************************* myself & the store manager called ******* to discuss this *********** got tongue tied as he got caught in lies because Ashley ********* mgmt knew what he was saying was not true. He ended the call by saying he was going to talk with his 'team' about this matter, his insurance replacing item & follow up with me (he never did).I still do not know where my property is. No Limit never returned it to store nor did they ever arrange a replacement, it is obvious at this point they were the ones that damaged it. From day 1 ******* flat out lied to me. There was NEVER a replacement en route to me. Two weeks after conversation where ******* said he would follow up with me, we (myself and Ashley ********** called him again and when he answered the phone he changed his name to ****** and would not answer any of our questions. At this point i am not seeking replacement chest, just $325Business response

We at No Limit apologize for your delivery experience with our company. After speaking with my supervisor he stated that the dresser was indeed damaged upon arrival. Since the items were bought from clearance he was under the impression that you were aware of damages and purchased it that way. Once the dresser was loaded on the truck it was strapped down for safety. When the team arrived to your house the dresser collapsed due to its damaged and weak bottom. Please see pictures for a better understanding. Again, we apologize for the mishap and hope ****** Furniture reimburse for damaged merchandise.

Sorry, this is not acceptable. Ashley ********* has the paperwork to show it was NOT damaged until your team picked it up. No Limit accepted blame by even stating they were the ones that were going to replace it and lead me on to believe that for weeks until ******* changed his store and got caught lying to ****** *********************Business response

Anytime you buy items from clearance there is a risk that the items may be damaged. That one dresser may be the reason the set was placed on clearance. My supervisor was under the impression that you purchased it knowing is was damaged. In my experience When ordering items sometimes they come damaged, even when bought brand new it sometimes comes damaged in the box. This is not our fault and Ashley ********* knows this. Please work with them in getting a replacement.

Ashley ********* cannot do anything because YOU LIED AND NEVER RETURNED THE **** TO THE STORE LIKE YOU SAID YOU WERE GOING TO. And no the item was not on clearance for being damaged. We have SIGNED paperwork with Ashley ********* proving we did inspection at time of purchase and there was NO damage. This is on your company and you could have made this much more simpler by using your insurance to pay this out rather than constantly lying. Why did you originally say for weeks that you were taking care of the replacement? Why did you change your story as time went on? Pay back the delivery fee at this point and be done with this.Business response

I am sorry that you are going through this. Sir, a dresser does not just fall apart in a truck. There was some structure damage to the dresser prior to ** loading it. I when we strapped sit to the truck it feel apart. We are not liable for clearance items due to the defects. We are unable to reimburse you for the delivery service. We still delivered the remaining items and installed them.

Again, this is a flat out lie and Ashley ********* can attest to this - YOU NEVER RETURNED THE DAMANGED FURNITURE TO THE STORE - YOU TOOK IT - I NEVER GOT IT. ******* and his staff at No Limit should be absolutely ashamed and embarrassed. I can not stress this enough how much not to use this company. You know you were at at fault the WHOLE time as you, yes YOU ******* on multiple occasions stated you were personally going to replace the damaged item because you knew this fell on you. You then continued to lie saying the replace item was on the back of a truck, etc coming into *******. We had you on speaker phone at Ashley ********* with their management staff and they call you out on your flat out lies as well to the point where you pretended to be another person.
BBB NOTE TO BUSINESS: Please address the consumer's statement, "YOU NEVER RETURNED THE DAMANGED FURNITURE TO THE STORE - YOU TOOK IT."
Did you return the furniture to ********* The BBB needs an answer to this question in order to close the case. Thank you.Business response

When the dresser collapsed due to weak foundation. We contacted the department store and made them aware of the situation and yes the dresser was taken back to store. We are only a delivery company. We do not represent the ********* or the store. The integrity of the ********* has nothing to do with the integrity of No Limit Moving. ******* from No Limit Moving is flat out lying here and needs to be called out publicly on this. I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You never returned the dresser to the store. NEVER. Ashley ********* can attest to this and You admitted this on the phone. You got caught up in your lies every step of the way, we had you on speaker phone while in store at Ashley ********* so have multiple witnesses. ****************************** recommended taking Legal Action given all the evidence available....even though going that route would cost me more money the value of the dresser, i really almost want to do it just to because your business is so shady. You could have avoided all of this by being a respectful business and either refunding the delivery fee or replacing the item using your insurance (which i question if you even have right now...). I gave you multiple chances to make this right before having to contact the BBB and you never once called me back or replied email or text.
