    I pointed out how he did not allow me to complete my statement and how I did not want to leave a message on his phone or even speak with him. . **** dont do me any favors cause I have not asked you for one and even if I ask for one I honestly believe it would not be given however I have seen whether they have given white individuals and how they treat white individuals as is just like when it comes down to black men they give them upmost respect, but when it comes down to black women. They have a hard time dealing and knowing how to communicate, and like I explained to him, I did not want to leave a message on his phone because if he would realize that hesitation that would let that I did not want to leave a message, but I was forced to leave a message on their phone because ***************** did not want to schedule me an appointment for me to bring my car in again. I even told him I dont trust him at this point because I dont trust him, nor do I trust **** because both of them are very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Anytime you take a person through all of the turmoil that they have taken me through each time I bring my car there they dont like the fact that I sit there and I research **** didnt like the fact that I contacted my warranty company myself to find out that they would replace my sensors I contact the warranty myself to find out whether or not if they would replaced my communication module, he did not like that because they wanted me to pay money out of pocket when I did not have to. The purpose of me buying an extended warranty is so I would not be out of unnecessary money when the warranty can cover the cost. **** dont like the fact that I stand up for myself, and I speak out for myself because I have noticed everything that they do, I always double check and make sure that Im not being taken advantage of. I had to ask ****, whether or not if I was going to get the appointment at the end,
