I wish there was a way to give 0 stars with a review because that office *************** desk woman had me so messed up.My husbands been having issues with his foot so I scheduled an online appointment. Prior to doing so, I go online to his insurance company website to find a ortho office that will accept his insurance. I see that ************** did in fact accept his insurance. So I book the appointment. And so we arrive to his *************** get told by the woman that they dont take his ************* said um, yes you do according to United healthcare. So I pull up on the website SHOWING they in fact do take his *************** asks the office manager in *********** tried to tell me no as well & I told her to get her so I can talk to her. She comes walking up with a little attitude like god forbid she had to actually get up from a desk & do something. I showed her, on the website of his insurance company, where the doctor took his *************** STILL refused to take it even though it said that they accepted it.I even contacted UHC after the *********** verified that they indeed would take the insurance. Not sure what they had an issue with me for but this will be handled accordingly.Campbell Clinic Orthopedics Response

I recently visited ************** the clinic on ********** for a work-related injury, and I must express my disappointment with the unprofessional manner in which I was treated. Specifically, I overheard ************** making inappropriate comments about my situation, displaying a lack of empathy for my pain and trauma. Furthermore, I was not informed prior to my appointment that he would be bringing students along, which only added to my discomfort. Lastly, ************** seemed more focused on lifting my restrictions than addressing my concerns as a patient. I expect more from a medical professional, and I hope this matter can be addressed.Review from Nicholas P

I have been to this clinic 5 times after having extensive surgery on a fractured tibial. Multiple plates and screws were installed. Seven months later the bones in my knee are still grinding and popping. I cannot walk without using both my crutches. They have taken X-rays ever trip I make to ******* which is 3 hours drive. I have had three mri's and a CT and now they want me to have a scope. It's clear no one at this clinic has any idea what's wrong with my surgery. The doctor keeps telling me I am way behind on recovery and shouldn't even need crutches. He told me basically I am lying about my condition because he says the *** does not reflect the bones grinding. Which the doctor says he feels the popping and grinding in my leg every time he lifts it.Review from Rodney J

The worst in orthopedics. Poor care. Overcharge. Quality of care is less than mediocre. You wait forever to be seen. ********* care is ignored. They have untrained people doing surgery due to lack of resources and violations. They have a money scheme. Falsification of billing records. Mistreats elderly and disabled. Racist and fascist. Better Business Bureau you are lying on their score based on reviews here. How can this be an A+ business unless they are paying you for that score. They are liars. Pure evil company with evil employees and made up good reviews. Stop lying and give this company the rating it deserves which is an F!!!!Campbell Clinic Orthopedics Response

16 year old son was told he **uld get a new cast anytime without an appointment..failed to tell him they would bill the insurance over $300 each time. Now billing is saying Im responsible for an additional $480 after paying ** pays and $355. Its ridiculousReview from Jaime C

They just decided not to charge my insurance and tried to make me pay out of pocket. But they made me pay my copay which makes no sense. They will also falsify their billing records to show that you saw a specialist even when you don't see a specialist so they can up their copay amounts. Very POOR customer service and very LONG wait times even if you have an appointment at Campbell Clinic on *********************. They really deserve ZERO stars for their unprofessionalism. I sitting here in pain as I type. No one has given an reason or inform us patients as to why we are still sitting. I am so sorry that you experienced a long wait time during your recent visit. If the provider was running behind they should have notified you of the delay. We will address this with the staff so this does not continue to occur.

I had an appointment with ******************** this morning @ 9:30 AM this morning. I had dropped off my records and my test results from when I had a MRI two weeks ago last Friday. I had to leave it with a security guard since the front desk was unmanned . He then put them in ********************** mailbox. Upon arriving today, I checked in, paid my copay, then sat down to fill out my paperwork . I was approached by , I am assuming his nurse, who starting telling me that he wouldnt see me because I had surgery from another clinic within less than a year. I explained to her that I was there to get a second opinion on something else, and that they had been given my records. She said , let me go back and talk with ********************, once again she came back out in the waiting room to let me know he couldnt see me because he hadnt gotten this records, being loudly in the waiting room in front of other patients that where shaking their heads. I have been in hospital with Covid for over ninety days, with trac and vent in five different locations. I have never be degraded like this. If this is the way ******************** is with bedside manners, I refuse to see any one here.I did not need my past operations and medical history being brought out in the waiting room. This is against my hippa protection I will not discuss going back to this place. I drove over a hour to make this appointment with no callReview from Robert R

My wife had an appointment at 2:00pm, we didn't get called back until 3:30pm. I complained to the front desk, they told me to tell the Dr. I obviously wasn't happy but told Dr. about it somewhat calmly. I told him that I wasn't made at him, but was irritated at the situation and they need to schedule better. He decided to not help my wife, and scheduled us another appointment with different Dr. They told me they'd refund our deductible, which they still have not done! We got to the new appointment, which was in another facility, only to find out that they switched our appointment to a different Dr. in another facility. Once we got to the new appointment, the front desk ladies we're very unprofessional and making fun of us. Ortho One, here we come!!!Review from Jerry H

The MOST DISCRIMINATE EXPERIENCE I had while trying to obtain medical treatment for my husband....We arrived at 9 am....the computer screened ask about an appointment I hit no...We sit here for 2 hours..they allowed other to be seen and stated the was going to get them out as quickly as possible..of course they were of another race....so I asked what was going on...the Front office manager stated you was booked in under a 12:30 appointment..Like why when I hit no when we checked in during registration..why would we come in at 9 for a 12:30 appointment and you see walk in..then she stated it after 11..we can no longer accept walk in and the doctor you seeing is on lunch...so you got to wait til your 12:30 appointment...What can of doctir office would treat patients like this when it apparent the patient is in pain and had been sitting there for hours..
