            Proposal from *******'s Rubbish Removal Inc. agreed with **** ******** dated May 24, 2021 in the amount of $35,000. Mr. ******* and **** ******** made an agreement that ****** ****** could pay for the asphalt because ****** ****** is tax exempt. ****** ****** paid a check in the amount of Check # 2009 on 8/6/21 $16,500.00 to (Lehma & Roberts, for the asphalt and Check # XXXX X/10/21 $16,000.00 to *******'s Rubbish Removal Inc. with a balance of $2,000 to be paid when the parking lot replacement was completed. After the replacement Of the asphalt was completed to the parking lot. ****** ****** noticed that there was several low spots and when it rains the water would puddle up in the low spots. Pictures are attached. Also there damage done to one of the entrance poles entering into the parking lot done by *******'s Rubbish Removal. **** ******** contacted Mr. ******* in reference to the puddles of water and the damage. Mr. ******* met **** ******** at *************** to survey the complaint about the water puddles and the damaged to the entrance pole and the stripping of the parking lot. Mr. ******* stated that he would take care of the damage and low spots that holds puddles of water at no cost to ****** ******. **** ******** asked Mr. ******* about the stripping of the parking lot. Mr ******* stated that the stripping wasn't a part of the proposal. Proposal is attached and is included in the proposal. Mr ******* recommended ********'s Stripping XXX-XXX-XXXX to **** ********. **** ******** contacted ******** and he agreed to strip the parking lot for a $1,000 . Mr ******* called Mr ******** and told him to up the price on the stripping and to charge us for the damage that his company did. Mr ******* will no longer accept of ****** ****** calls or addressed our issues. ****** ****** has contracted ********'s Stripping XXX-XXX-XXXX to complete the stripping work. ****** ****** would like to have all these issues addressed or a refund to contract another company

            ********************, contracted Veasley's Rubbish Removal, Inc. To repave the parking lot at *************** Memphis, Tn. 38109. Mr. Veasley had a contract with ************* and didn't honor the complete contract. The contract stated that the parking lot would be stripped. Which was included in the estimate. There are several low spots in the parking lot. And when it rains the low spots holds puddles of water. There was some damage done to a pole and Mr. Veasley stated that his company would be responsible for any and all damage. Also would correct any issuse with the parking lot. Mr. Veasley and a member of ******************** Otis B******* has been working with Mr. Veasley. Mr. Veasley came out and checked out ************* concerns on low spots in the parking lot. Now Mr. Veasley will not accept or return any phone calls in reference to the poor workmanship, damage, and stripping of the parking lot.

            The parking lot has since been stripped at the expense of ********************. Mr. Veasley, recommended the stripping company (**************************) after stating that his contract didn't include stripping the parking. After Mr. Veasley found out how much the stripping company was charging ************* to do the stripping work. Mr. Veasley called the stripping company and told them to go up on *************'s price to do the stripping. Also that the company could do the damage repairs, but chrage ************* for something that Veasley's Rubbish Removal damaged. ************* can provided a copy of the contract which will show that stripping was included in the estimate.
