      I am bewildered, my mother was in an accident 11/21 and trusted this firm with my case, the only communication I receive is when is I call, now all the numbers are disconnected she has been shifted from only aide to aide with no definitive results. This is ridiculous it should not take two years, this was a open and shut case, My mom is experiencing severe anxiety because of this, her faith in this firm has been shattered, then in April an attorney told her there are 10 steps to a case and she is on step 5 in two years you mean to tell me this is what she gets Lord knows I wish she had not trusted this firm, This case was totally winnable, I do not even know now, My mom has been so stressed all her hair started falling out, Is this what being you voice does, do not speak for me, I hope and pray they settle somebody's case because they sure dropped the ball with my moms, I seek other counsel I hope I can get someone to help her Please do not fall for the hype, they are not your voice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      My elderly mom, 89, was in a minor car accident in April 2021. She selected The Reaves Law to be her voice/advocate. After several months of inactivity and no communication I contacted the firm to get an update. As my mom's power of attorney I communicated with an attorney who informed me they were entering the negotiation phase which normally takes 30-45 days. After several more months with no communication from the firm I contacted them again. I was told the attorney handling the case was no longer there and I would be contacted by the new attorney which never happened, This was the beginning of me initiating the majority of the communication to get this matter resolved. The Reaves Law Firm has shown no compassion, concern or professionalism in dealing with this matter. Recently I had a very bad experience with Attorney B********** because my mom had grown tired of the many lies and delays. I requested to speak with Mr. H**** Reaves or an office manager because it should not take over a year to get this simple matter resolved. I could tell by his voice he was agitated as was I and we weren't getting anywhere. He stated she was unavailable. He later called me back and stated he made my request know. A few days later a new attorney, P**** contacted me in a very careful and cautious tone apologizing and insisting she is trying to get this matter resolved. To date this matter is still unresolved.

      I am extremely displeased with the handling of my mom's case and would not refer the firm to anyone for anything.

      I have never been ignored & experienced such unconcern & unprofessional treatment from a law firm in all my life. I made several calls with legal questions, concerns & needing legal advice with no return calls, no response & only one rude text from the paralegal. I had a medication error & I called my attorney ************** & left an urgent message. No return call. I also called Reaves Law Firm with no attorney to talk to. I left an urgent, serious message with the intake person & no one returned my call. After no response or concern or legal advice, I terminated their service that I never received. I guess my case wasn't enough money for them to take time to reply. I've never encountered a law firm like Reaves that advertise to be your voice & they won't even talk to you

      We deeply regret that your experience with The Reaves Law Firm was less than stellar. During our investigation of your medical error, we found that you were advised how to move forward. In addition, we see on several occasions you had several conversations with several members on your team. We understand that it will not always be feasible for clients to speak with the attorneys on a daily basis, which speaks to our internal process of having qualified team members that are subject matter experts to intervene. Your date of incident was 12/09/2021 and since that time you spoke with four different team members and on one of those occasions the paralegal set you up for therapy.

      In conclusion, we will accept the feedback to continue improvement to deliver 100% customer service.

      They had my case of a year. Two weeks or so before the end of filing date I was called. Sent in or faxed all the info they requested. Nothing happened. Finally a Mr. R****** e-mails me that the organization I filed the lawsuit against wants a in person report from me but he and his paralegal do not believe they meant me any harm. I tell him he could said this a year ago. Actually over a year ago. They gave me the run around and did nothing but made me feel as if I had been lying the whole time.
