Terminx has been billing me for services that were never completed. There have been multiple attempts to cancel/ close my account but have not honor the request. Then I received a two billing notice for services they claimed they did however they never came and I never signed off on it. In addition too I have cameras on my property therefore I can prove they never came on the said date. Tried to resolve this matter peacefully but I am willing to escalate this if necessary.Terminix Response

I have been a customer for 4 years. I was happy with the service until this year. A date and time has been scheduled 3 times this month for the yearly termite inspection. 3 dates, 3 no call no shows. This is not respecting customers time. Like customer ************ stated in his message below, I had to call Terminix to see what was going on (20 minutes minutes phone call each time). For the second time, I have been told that I could not be transferred to talk to a manager as none were available. It is unclear when a technician will come at this time. I would not recommend Terminix at this point because of poor communication and unreliable services,Terminix Response

I would not advise signing a contract with this company EVER. I saw a mouse in my house and called them. I went with a ***** a month contract after explaining my issue. About 2 days later I had a call from an inspector named *********************** asking to come by for my Free Inspection which came with that plan or so I thought. He walked around my house in and out and determined I needed the Rodent Exclusion plan. He said the one I signed up for had nothing to do with outside even though on the website it does state indoor and outdoor. So we all sat down together and he was showing us holes outside that needed to be filled and what else he was going to fix. Now he comes up with a figure of ******* for 2 years. I was going to immediately say no but he said you can put down ****** and finance the rest. He then kept doing his sales pitch and we agreed. Now that was on Sat July 27. So by Monday I was 2nd guessing it all. Now we had someone from Terminix come out on Tuesday July 30. What he did was take caulk and fill the holes. Well my son could have done that. So I called and asked all the original documents to be emailed. I noticed a sheet that stated I had until midnight July 31st to cancel. I called Wed July 31 and cancelled. I even had their letter notarized and brought it to the address it stated it had to be at by midnight even though they said I didn't have to. Since Wed July 31st till today I have been waiting for a call back from the manager. The finance **** said they need THEM to send them confirmation of the cancellation not me. As of today August 2 I have not received a call from the manager of Levittown location, no email confirming cancellation, did not contact finance **** and did not receive a refund for down payment. Do not ever use this company. **************** reps are remote and cannot help at all except send emails to offices that do not call back or respond by email. Don't use this company except for a one time only visit!!!!!Terminix Response

Ive had Terminex for spider control every 3 months and each time they treated my home, I had to call them back because I still had spiders. The last time they came out, the technician said he could not provide the full treatment because of the plants around the foundation. I called the company to cancel the service. We do not see any notes were you called in to notify us of your issues with spiders. Quarterly services are not recommended for known pest issues as more frequent services are needed to eliminate problem pest. Terminix is a company built on values, we serve our customers by providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed their expectations. Hopefully one day this consumer will feel differently about us.

Not a good company when they dont respect someone elses schedule . Poor service . They didnt even have the audacity to call and say they wont make it . I had to call them to see what is going on to only tell me they have to reschedule . I wouldnt even consider working with them at all. If they cant make an appointment I believe they cant even service properlyTerminix Response

Most unprofessional company I have ever used. The service I received was half done at best. The treatment was for ticks and fleas. Only part of my yard was treated as evidenced by no small white pellets on the ground part way around the house. The technician only used a partial can to spray the inside of my house. Once again as evidenced by the can had smeared writing from the can previously being used. The technician wore no mask and if he did things correctly he would have needed one. My cats were free of fleas yet that night fleas were all over them. I went to the vet and bought two cans of flea spray and sprayed my house myself. It took two full cans to spray the carpet and furniture.Billing is a joke. The price was quoted one thing, then I received an email saying it would be a cheaper price, yet Terminix took out more than the original quote. Start up fee 148.73 minus 50.00 discount to total ***** per email yet they took out ****** and wanted to charge me another ***** follow up fee. Several phone calls finally got me to ******* (branch manager I believe). He told me I agreed to the ****** in my original phone call I ask for proof, was told he could not give that to me. I ask for an invoice as I never received one. He said they do not give them out, instead he sent me a work report by the technician. Companies like this need to shut down.Terminix Response

This company keeps harassing me AFTER ripping me off. I called closing my account a month ago. Their service attracted MORE ********* bees that I had to take care of myself. I called last month with my complaint and the lady told me she was closing my account and she was sorry the services didn't work. Now they keep calling and sending a bill. I paid them ****** and they literally didn't do.their job correctly. I will be contacting an attorney for harassing me.Terminix Response

I have been a customer for 30 years and I have always paid for service when performed, but since December they have not deposited my check in their account for 90 days and same for March and last time technician said do not pay until its straightened out. They now have turned it over to collection and sending me threatening letters. I strongly suggest that you take a second look at Terminix before doing business with them. I also talked with them on the phone and no resolution just ugly response from them.I am so disappointed in the company and their customer service team.Tupelo Ms.Terminix Response

I am currently still with Terminix. Since they have been servicing my home, they have not came out to the house as suggested in their contract. I also pay for mosquitoes. The gentleman that showed up was very argumentative. I had to send him on an actual another technician, they also went and service the wrong property because they had My address listed wrong on the invoice order. I noticed every time I called them. I speak into a different person and it seems as though they do not communicate anything with their technicians. Its like theyre just taking my money and not giving me no service I have to bring this to their attention. They refund me $24 after doing somebody yard, then build me 24 hours as well as deducted something from my checking account. This ********************** is not professional and I would not recommend it for no one. *** asked them to let me out of the contract and they stated that *** had to pay the whole thing and I relayed to them that, even after signing a contract they did not with ****. Theyre part of the contract because here were coming to the end of my contract and they only serviced my house once throughout the whole entire contract. I was currently with cook a cook never gave me this much problem, nor did they charge as much as Terminix and Ill also relay that information to Terminix. My recommendation to anyone that is interested in looking for a pest control service. Its best to go with a home on company. This company is too big they do not communicate you speak to one person they dont know what youre talking about you speak to another person they say that theyre going to refund my money you speak to another person they say they sit someone out to the house and no one shows up .Terminix Response
