I purchased a gallon of ************** revolutionary roof cleaner concentrate for about $39.96 plus tax. I have used this product with successful results for many years. You would simply spray it on an asphalt shingle roof or concrete walkway or foundation and forget about it. It would kill any mold and mildew and remove stains. No need to rinse as rains would wash it away in the coming weeks and months. However, the company has changed the formula. The name still implies that you can spray it on and forget about it, but the label says to rinse it off shortly after application. It also now says on the front of the bottle "Danger! Corrosive, Causes *****." The previous formula was much safer to use and far less corrosive. In my experience, the new formula does not work as well as the old formula at removing stains caused by algae, mold and mildew. I called this company's customer service line and they simply do not stand behind this product. **************** has a whole list of questions to ask you and simply won't accept that you are not satisfied with their product. The representative said she would call me back today about a refund but I received no call. I will not buy or use this product again or anything they make. Even if it did work, the new formula seems too dangerous and corrosive for the average homeowner to use. It says so on the new label. There are better and safer products on the market to clean your roof.
