      If I could give this company a 0 star I would! We have been renting for 5+ years, we never complain and always pay rent on time. Anytime there has been a problem, we reach out & either they take forever to fix it or they just dont fix it at all and we are dealt with having to fix it ourselves and we have never been compensated for it, not even rent lowered some. A few years back our AC went out in one of the hottest months of the year. We were secluded to a bedroom with a window unit that WE had to provide and still didnt fix it for a whole entire month. Not to mention, we were broken into over a year ago, our floor was caved in and continues to spread bc they dont want to pay the money to fix it. We have had several people come out for estimates but only bc we have to constantly call ab this situation. This is a health hazard. Im currently 5 months pregnant and yet again Im secluded to a bedroom bc Im scared of the health hazard and what I could be breathing in due to the exposed ground that is wet under the house. We even asked them if they would live in their house with a hole in the floor and they literally told us no they wouldnt that they would have their rental company fix it for them. Wow. So why make us tenants that have always paid on time and are great tenants at that, live like this for over a year? Its gotten to the point now that when we call, they either wont answer the phone or hang up in our face. I would never suggest this company to anyone!

      I moved in February 2023 for the last 3 months I've had problems first time air conditioner went out it took a month to replaced it. In the month of June I've have mice in the home as of now still have them. Now I have a 424 light **** because of a water leak someone came out last week he stated he didn't see a leak so on Saturday morning I came home from work at ****am to find the hallway flooded I cleaned it up woke up 530 am Saturday had water in hallway and dripping from the ceiling I called renshaw maintenance the gentleman took my complaint and stated someone will contact me I had water dripping all weekend I call this morning the 18th to asked is someone coming out to fixed the leak the lady stated she didn't know what their schedule look like I stated to her water is still leaking from ceiling and that the ceiling is about to burst because of the leak. I'm not happy about this

      Be careful with dealing with Renshaw. They charged me $717 but when I looked into that, they ended up actually needing to pay me $85.
