    On October 17th at 8:55, I placed an online order with Juicy Crab located at **** Wolfcreek Parkway with the knowledge of the business closing at 10pm per the online website. I ordered the 6 piece juicy special with ranch, a side of dirty rice. I then chose for the wings to be all flats and 2 additional ranches and agreed to the fees associated with them. The online receipt noted that the order would be ready at 9:24. I arrived to Juicy Crab at 9:27. Upon entry, no one was at the front, at the bar, or visible in the restaurant. I waited for about 2 minutes and a very rude worker walked out and didnt greet me. I led with having an online order and she asked me for my name. I gave it. She immediately rolled her eyes and went to the back and returned with the food. She placed the food on the counter and said the dirty rice was missing and I could request a refund online. I asked how and she walked away out of view without responding. She came back and said she said its online. I asked if I could replace the rice with fries and she said no and that the kitchen was closed. It was 9:33. I reiterated that the online site didnt have any steps for a refund and I then requested an in person refund. The same worker disappeared out of view and returned saying she said she already closed her drawer and wont open it again till the morning. I requested the manager and without even going to get the manager she rudely said shes busy. I left the establishment to realize that my wings werent all flats and the 3rd ranch wasnt in the bag. 2 of the wings were burned and too crispy to bite into. The compete order was incorrect and I overpaid for special instructions that werent followed. Aside from that, the worker was very unprofessional, distasteful, and not willing to help. My family and a host of friends spend alot of money at this specific location, host events, and look forward to spontaneous dinner nights here but after tonight, we will never ever return
