I paid ****** for 2 resumes and to be sent job openings so that I could speed up my search. The resumes were OK, but after sending me 2 emails of job listings, they simply stopped. The job listings he sent were the same ones that I could have found myself online, like through Glassdoor and Indeed. I called, left a message, ****************** never returned my call. Dishonest and fast talker.

I submitted a resume to this business (Pro Resume) for correction and enhancement. They made promises that they could never ever live up to. Not only that, They also promised to land me the job of my dreams. But, they only managed to mess up my resume. Not only did they mess up my resume, but it was entirely full of grammatical errors even a kindergartener would never have made. Time and time again, I sent for revisions, and I was being lied to with stories about Navy SEALS and how they had to have much of their resumes redacted. The whole operation appeared as if it was a bit sketch. After around 6 tries with failed revisions (every one worse than the last) I finally asked for my money back, and was screamed at by a ***********************. He yelled at me as if it was my fault that he used an Ai to write my resume which he couldn't properly use to function himself. He promised me my money and never ever returned it. I've been sending email after Email After email, but to no avail. He won't pick up the phone, he doesn't respond to my emails, and I'm being very nice and professional about getting my refund back. I just want my 300 dollars back that I paid to Pro Resume. *********************** is not only not a nice person, but he also appears to be a dishonest one. If I could give Pro Resume any stars, I'd rather give none, and save the stars for folks that actually run an honest business. If I had more hands, all of them would give Pro Resume and **************** all thumbs down. I do not recommend, and if he asks why, show him this and have him explain!
