            On January 14-15, 2021, Mr. ************* of Advanced Roofing and his employees installed a new roof on my home at **************. (I only have a phone number and email address for Mr. *****, no physical address.) To date, no issues with the roof installation as it relates to leaks, water damage, etc. In April and *** 2021, my home was extremely hot; I called *********HVAC with whom I have a Family Plan Warranty. On *** 29, 2021, ********* made a service call; Mr. ******** Va*****etermined that a coolant line had been punctured. Mr. ***** was notified and pictures of the problem were forwarded to Mr. ***** who agreed to send employees to make the necessary cuts in the roof for the repair of the coolant line and to patch the roof afterwards on June 14th. The cost of the repair was $1,219.61. Mr. ***** objected to the cost. He wanted to make the repairs; however that would have voided my warranty. Mr. *****, finally, agreed to pay half. To date, he has not done so.

            I contacted Advanced Roofing on 5/24/2022 about a leaking roof, at 2 areas of my house. On 5/26/2022 they went out to my property and asked if I wanted it fixed. I agreed to have it fixed. I paid Mr. Donnell W**** $400.00. The same evening it continued to leak. I contacted Mr. W**** and informed him that the problem still existed and asked if he would put a tarp over the leaky spot in the back bedroom, on Sunday evening 5/29/2022. Mr. W**** stated that someone would go out on Monday. No one showed up or contacted me on Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday I contacted Mr. W**** and asked about putting a tarp over the part of the leaky roof, because of predicted rain coming. Mr. W**** stated he would send someone out on Wednesday. I contacted Mr. W**** on Wednesday evening and asked why he didn't put the tarp over the roof. He said he would go on Thursday 06/01/2022. I told him don't come. I found a dependable person to cover the roof with tarp.
