June 10th 2023. The amount paid was ******. Within less than 2 weeks after this date of completion I reached out to ******** the person that met with me and **** up the contract. Informing him of a leak on my enclosed patio and a leak in my guest bathroom which I had no problems before in this bathroom until the installation of the new roof. I sent ******** pictures of the bathroom leak. He came out to check my patio and informed me that he would get a technician out . About a couple of days and I sent him the picture of the bathroom leak he stated that he had sent in a request for a tech. I just received a call from the boss after I informed ****************** was contacting you. He gave me a pack of lies saying he had been reaching out to **************Business response

We have no reason to give you a pack of lies . How schedule got busy and we got to your roof and resolved you leak as quickly as possible. My apologies for it takin and extra day to get to you . If there is anything we can do to accommodate you for the inconvenience please call the office directly .Customer response

I will accept this. The manager of the company needs to learn how to talk to people that is spending money with there company. In my case the people should not have to come back at all if the job was done correctly the first time. When they did come out they stated that they did not seal around my fan vent in my guest bathroom.Customer response

Top Quality Roofing installed a new roof on my home in September, 2019, last year in February 2021, l had interior leaks and water damage, the insurance adjuster said it was installed improperly, it was repaired by a contractor. On December 11, 2021, shingles were blown from my home during a storm, l have called **** ******** several times to come replace the shingles, he told me he would come by on Tuesday,January 4, 2022, he didn't show, and he has not responded to my phone calls. I want to file a claim.Business response

I have not received any calls from Top Quality Roofing, He should call me, or l will attempt to call him. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/01/22) */ The appropriate repairs have been made. The repair technician can and repaired all shingles at no cost . This was covered under the warranty
