i have been a customer at this particular laundrymat for over 3 years and i've never had any problems out of the services provided or any of the employees until recently a few months now,this one particular employee whose first name i only know as ******..anyhow i've never been rude,disrespectful or any such thing to this man but everytime i go to wash,whenever he's there,he's always harassing me in particular;I have followed proper protocols as far as calling and reporting his behavior to the manager of the washer and the manager has even went as far as to refund my money to compensate me for his atrochous behavior but the harassment still continues..today i went to wash my clothes as usual and i proceded to put my clothes in the washer,and then i went and took a seat in the washer while my clothes was washing,playing my games on my cellphone when an officer approached me and asked was there a problem,a disturbance...mind you,i haven't said anything to anyone,minding my own business when supposively this employee called the police and said the he did't want me in the washer for no reason which iexplained to the officers that i was minding my own business just washing my clothes,so they asked me to just leave the laundrymat because ****** obviously didn't want me in there but this is my complaint,I feel that ihave a right to be able to wash my clothes wherever in peace without being discrimminated against or harassed...as i stated,i've spoken with the manager and talked with her in person and she has never had any problems or issues out of me but this particular employee,****** is always harassing me when i go there and he's there i have reached out to the proper chain of commands i feel and no resolutions have been done concerning this matter and the police advised me that ishould reach out to you all..Iappreciate your time to hear my complaint and i hope that some kind of resolution can be reached..Thanks for you time.
