Initial contact was on 2/15/23Ms ******************** applied to my post on Care.com with her personal profile though she planned to use her empoyees for care givers.Ms ******************** is CEO of her IN home ****************** ******************** Thing Enterprose was to provide In **************** on a prn / or an as needed basis. I needed a caregiver for 11pm to 7 am on 2/23 and 2/24 and 8pm to 7 am on 2/25 and 2/26/23 as my regular care giver was taking the weekend off.Ms ******************** agreed to send the caregiver Ms ******** for a meet and greet on 2/12/23 but on the morning of 2/21 insisted she have the service agreement returned prior to the meet and greet. Ms ******************** could not wait till later in the day and advised me she had to have the agreement before her caregiver could come for the meet a nd greet and she ***** not cover the hight shifts,I texted Ms ******************** I was at my Doctor's *********** and would not be sending the Agreement.That evening Ms ******************** emailed me aa cancelleation notice and an invoice for $1960 for 44 hrs plus 26 hrs followed by 2nd invoice for the 44 hrs . I did not sign the service Agreement and no services were provided.Business response

Greetings, I have attached your signed contract that gives consent for services. In this contract, under the "acknowledgements" tab, it shows that you received and viewed **********'s policies. Per our policy, clients are to give the agency a 14 day written notice prior to cancelling our contract to avoid fees. As the owner of the agency, I also work in the field as a caregiver. My staff was offered to cover the shifts that were not listed in your ad, and that i was unavailable for. I have also attached the original schedule that was requested. Your knowledge and consent to a meet and greet with my staff shows that there wasn't a false advertisement. I do apologize that we could not come to terms with your care needs.Customer response
