Transaction Date 02/25/2024 on Wal-Mart Online - Arrived 02/29/2024.Amount my Mother paid: $238.14 (a gift for my birthday)What the business committed to to selling was a Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven Grill Deluxe AFO# ***** SS | 26 Qt. Digital Smokeless Indoor *********** Fryer Oven Grill Oven Combo Refurbished, What I received was a Kalorik MAXX Digital Air Fryer Oven, AFO# ***** SS | 26 Quart 10-in-1 Countertop Toaster ********** Fryer Combo, which had dents in the front, back and under portion of the unit. My mother has initiated a refund. I will be returning to my local ******** however I expect issues judging on what the experience of other buyers here. What is jarring is that when I went to the sellers website, I see the unit that my mother ordered available for purchase. Mindblowing!Business response

We apologize the order received was a different unit from the one that was ordered. Unfortunately this can happen occasionally due to human error. We are burdened to hear the unit was received damaged presumably during transit. Cross country shipping can be hard on packages despite our best effort to pack the items carefully to keep them from arriving damaged.
We are always willing to resolve any issues a customer may have with their order. **************** is our top priority. We have reviewed the order history and made sure that a full refund has been issued.

On June 5, 2022 I purchased a ************************* **** Cooker and a set of ************************* Stainless Steel Bowls.My order number is *****. My order arrived on June 10, 2022. Upon opening my boxes, I found the following: 1) The ************************* **** Cooker has a long crack going down the item 2) The set of ************************* Stainless Steel Bowls were ordered in black. I received a set of red bowls and the red lid for the large bowl does not fit tighly. It is loose. I emailed Nobody Lower about my defective items twice. No response. I then left a message on machine. Today is June 15, 2022 and I have never received any kind of response. This is very upsetting. I have bought from company before and never had a bad experience. We received a message on 7/8/22 from *************************. We responded that day and offered a partial refund or exchange. When we did not hear back, we sent a follow up email on 7/10/22. I am including a screenshot of the emails we sent to the customer. We have refunded the order and will ask the customer to keep or dispose of the items she received. We are very sorry for the miscommunication with such a great customer.

Tried to return an item to Walmart. It came from Nobody lower. It was a Christmas gift. It was not needed. Walmart refused the return. Emails went unanswered. Finally, a reply. Cannot be returned do to time limit.Business response

I ordered a rice cooker in Nov. 2021 and they sent the wrong rice cooker. A much cheaper rice cooker than what I ordered. I have emailed and left voice mails but haven't received any replies. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift and I would like the correct rice cooker before the holiday. Communication is very poor and I feel like they tried to pull one over on me by sending a completely different, cheaper rice cooker than what I ordered.Business response
