**************** was very professional. He was thorough with communication and repaired my oven in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend him and utilize his services in the future.

There are some people that should not be aloud to work with the public. This Company or I should say the owner is one of them. He did some work for a close friend of mine recently. She has a ***** home warranty policy. Her furnance went out. ***** did not give her an option and sent Multitask repairs out. He came out and told her the unit could not be fixed and said it needs to be replaced. He then went and ordered a new one and then called my friend back and said she would have to pay $****.00 out of her own pocket. When I went over we called him and had him on speaker phone. He told me that yes the $****.00 was really to just cover his labor. I then took pictures of old unit and gas lines and exhaust lines and air ducts. I marked them and documented them. His sent his bill for **** to ***** and told them what the cost were for. After he left and installed the new unit I went back and inspected the work. He did nothing to the air ducts and gas line at all. The only thing he did to the exhaust pipe was add a 42 inch flex duct to connect the new unit to the existing exhaust duct. He flat out lied about the charges that he billed to *****. When I was on the phone with him the fist time he did lower his price down to *******. But she had to pay with cash. My friend is an elderly woman whose husband is on hospice and is dying. For this individual to take advantage of someone like this is criminal. I simply cannot believe ***** would have someone on their payroll like this. I wonder if there is anything legally that can be done.

Only gave 1 star so I could share my experience. Same story. Came out and apparently submitted $500 charge to warranty company for repairs for an appliance with a different serial number. He didn't fix mine and dented/damaged it and my wall in the process. My warranty company flagged my claim as replacement so I can't get it fixed through them. Have to find someone else to fix it now at my expense. He even called to tell me that the warranty company sent me his payment and he needed me to send it to him. They paid me nothing and I am here with broken dryer and out the service call fee as well. Beware.

Please do not use *************** Multitask Repairs. This guy is a BIG LIAR! My home warranty company assigned ** Multitask Repairs to assist with my Heating System service request. Upon entering my home, I advise the technician that my thermostat was not working properly and that it needed to be replaced. After taking the T-Stat apart and troubleshooting, the technician advised me that it was not the T-Stat, but my Heating system is old and needed to be replaced. I advised him that I was not ready to replace the unit at the moment, so he proceeded to tell me that, "it's a wonder this unit is not putting out carbon monoxide." I've lived in the house 45 years, so if there was Carbon Monoxide coming from the unit I would be dead by now. Then he turn his attention back to the T-Stat and said, "maybe it is the thermostat." Are you kidding me, you said it wasn't the T-Stat and that the unit needed replacing. Then he call the warranty company and request their approval to replace my Thermostat. He must think I am Booboo the Fool? I don't want this guy back on my premises, EVER!!!! Do not trust this guy.
