    While out of town for work and due to my location on 1 November when a payment was attempted it was flagged as a fraud alert and declined the payment. I was in an area with no cell or Wi-Fi reception, and again on 1 Dec because of the different amount. When I returned to a location with service and caught up with my emails I contacted ***** ********, the Assistant Manager, apologized for the situation, and explained that I can use my debit card immediately to make a payment of 300 dollars because I was still out of town and the card I use for travel has a maximum use limit of 400 dollars due a previous fraud experience. The policy is that all monies be paid or nothing can be accepted. I was told a higher level manager is needed to override the policy but never received a call. Before returning to my work site I sent an email again requesting communication from the person with the ability to help prevent more fees. I feel like I have been taken advantage of to compound fees and now sell my property despite my efforts to pay my debt and pay more than half the amount upon realizing the error. A lien fee was applied and to my knowledge no manager with the ability to prevent this was notified. I spoke to the Regional Manager **** *******, who said he would talk to the asst manager and call me back but never heard back. The employee on site refused payment and called 911 mischaracterizing my attempt to pay as that of a disgruntled customer, trespassing *** threatening creating a potentially dangerous situation for the police and I . For my protection I recorded my repeated pleas to be released from the store because she buzzed me in and refused to buzz me out. I remained in the parking lot to await the police because of her erratic and deceptive behavior. Police arrived and I offered the my ID then informed him I was speaking with another locations manager. I believe the delay in correspondence, refusal of payment, and use of police is overwhelming and I need help.
