I TOOK MY TRUCK TO THEIR **** FIRST OF MARCH FOR REPAIRS, MY TRUCK HAD BEEN THERE SEVEAL DAYS WITHOUT INCIDENT WHILE THEY WERE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM WITH MY VEHICLE, ON MARCH 3RD 2023 FOR SOME REASON MY TRUCK WAS LEFT OUTSIDE THE **** UNATTENDED OVER THE WEEKEND, AS A RESULT OF THIS MY TRUCK WAS STOLEN OFF THEIR LOT, THE POLICE WAS CALLED AND A POLICE REPORT WAS MADE, I WAS TOLD MY ******************** WHO SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER THAT AS SOON AS THE POLICE REPORT WAS AVAILABLE THAT HE WOULD FILE WITH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY, AFTER ABOUT A WEEK I GOT MY COPY OF THE POLICE REPORT BUT I WAS BEING TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT GET THE POLICE REPORT, WHEN ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS REPORT THE ***** TO THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY AND LET THEM GET THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY GET THE POLICE REPORT, AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM THEY FINALLY OFFERED ME $2000.00 BUT I REFUSED THE OFFER, I HAD OVER $2000.00 TIRES AND RIMS ON MY TRUCK THE BLUE BOOK VALUE $3000.00 I HAD CUSTOM LIGHTS ETC, THE BODY OF MY TRUCK WAS ** VERY GOOD CONDITION, ALL THE GUYS AT THE **** WAS TELLING ME WHAT A NICE TRUCK THAT WAS IT HAS CROSSED MY MIND THAT MAYBE I WAS SET UP, IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT IT WAS TURNED OVER TO THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY BUT THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAS NOT REACHED OUT TO ME, I DON'T BELIEVE THEY HAVE REPORTED IT TO THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY NOR WILL THEY GIVE ME THE NAME OF THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY SO I CAN FOLLOW ** ON MY OWN, THERE IS A VIDEO OF MY TRUCK BEING STOLEN WHICH IS STATED IN POLICE REPORT ***** YUKON- NOW IM BEING DIRECTED TO SPEAK WITH A MAN NAME ******* WHO IS NOW CLAIMING TO BE THE MANAGER NOW NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO ME AT ALL JACKSON TIRE AND ALIGNMENT **** JACKSON AVE-MPHS,** ***** *************Customer response

MoreIFILED A COMPLAINT #******** I WENT TO THE BUSINESS TO PICK UP MY KEYS AND THE MANAGER ******************* REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY KEYS CAN HE LEGALLY WITH HOLD MY KEYS MY TRUCK WAS STOLEN FROM THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS WHY CANT I GET MY KEYS BACK HE STILL HAS NOT PROVIDED ME WITH TH NAME OF THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY NOR WILL HE PROVIDE ME WITH A CLAIM NUMBER I FEEL HE HAS NOT FILED WITH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY BUT I STILL NEED MY KEYS BACK PLEASE HELP ME Information...
