      We have been dealing with this company since 2021. We had several repairs performed and it seems as it they are creating problems so that we can eventually pay more money to get things fixed. we had them service our hub Barings on our vehicle and we have a 3 year warranty which we had them replace in 2021. This year they stated our whole brake system was bad we replaced them at $2200 in July. The hub barring went bad which defected the brake system and now they are saying we caused the damage to our axle so they will not replace them. How did we cause them to go bad when they told us they could not get our vehicle in until Thursday we did not know our hub barring s where bad. This company is a rip off. The manager told us he had bad mechanics after we replaced a couple things on my other vehicle and we entrusted in them to service our other vehicle guaranteeing us they would have new mechanics fix our truck. We want our truck fixed.

      I would like to respond to a complaint made by ID # *******. Before doing that I would like you to know that my company has been in business in ******* since ****. To my knowledge this is the first complaint that has been submitted to the BBB. I appreciate you allowing me to respond to this customers issue. I think that if my company was in a habit of taking advantage of customers we would have had multiple complaints issued against us to you.                                                                                   This customer initially brought their truck in for repairs on 
      1-22-21. I will submit copies of all repairs done for this customer with an explanation regarding each repair. 
      First of all, on 1-22-21 we sold them 4-new tires-2- front hub bearing assemblies-2 front brake rotors-front brake pads-and 1 ABS connector and 1 L/F interior door handle. (See 
      invoice # *******.
      on 6-29-22 - see invoice # *******-rear brake work was needed-wheel cylinders- brake drums-brake shoes-drum hardware kit-brake master cylinder-brake booster-please notice we replaced front brake rotors and front brake pads
      at no charge as a courtesy because the brake master cylinder had failed.
      on 8-12-22--see invoice # *******-we replaced the front hub bearing assemblies at no charge and the front brake pads again at no charge. 1-CV axle assembly and boot kit also needed to be replaced,

      As you can see by the documentation-we have tried our very best to try and take care of this customer. 
      3-things you need to know that the customer did not tell you in their complaint.  #1-the truck is over 12 years old and  has over ******* miles on it. 
      #2-the customers truck is severely lifted which puts an excessive amount of additional stress on all suspension parts.
      #3-the wheels on the truck have a severe negative off= set which causes the wheels to stick out from the truck. This again causes severe excessive wear on all suspension and brake related parts.  I am including a photo of an example of what I mean by the wheels setting way out on the truck.
      PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER REPUTABLE SHOPS IN THE ***** THEY WILL CONFIRM TO YOU WHAT I AM TELLING YOU.
      Please let me know if you have any other questions regarding this complaint. As for us telling a customer that we have bad mechanics-we have employed the same techs for over 20 years. Again, if they were bad techs,  I believe you would  have heard from multiple unhappy customers.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me. The only reason this is satisfactory is because we have already paid for the labor and repairs . We had no choice since the company replied to the report 2 weeks later as we could not afford to not have a working vehicle since we had already spent over ******* dollars with the company within the last 3 months. I have attached documents from all labor for both my truck and my wife car. My wife also had the same issue with the company. If you look at the invoices they show comments about what needs to be repaired versus what they repaired and the things that they repaired the full brake system which failed including rotors. That is why they replaced the rotors . They have a sign In  Front of their buildings that states hiring technicians. My wife was told her rotors was not a problem but she went and got a second opinion and had the technician call performance tire and performance tire instructed my wife to bring her car in for rotor repairs . It is very sad that companies will not own up to their defaults. I am done with this company .I will report them on ****** for bad business. See attachments for comparison of vehicle repairs .Also, they probably never had a complaint because they fix the problem before a customer goes to the extent of filing one.
